Pros: green well-groomed territory, clear sea, quiet relaxation area (separate pool, decorative ponds with hammocks), friendly staff in the restaurant and bars. Cons: the administration’s indifference to technical claims (the water in the bathroom didn’t flow well, finished washing in the shower knee-deep in dirty water, complained to the general manager, demanded cleaning for 3 days in a row - zero emotions and reactions with sworn promises and assurances, two Russian young ladies on Receptionist Irina and Katya frankly grinned in response. So ended my stay at the hotel. He also complained about the cleaning - very conditional cleaning, the ashtray was never removed at all, although the towels were changed daily. Tips did not help. Loud noise until late - until 24 hours and sometimes later (animation, disco) from neighboring hotels on both sides. Those who say that the hotel is quiet are cunning. I don’t understand why. Audibility in the houses is like in a Japanese cardboard and paper house - you hear all the neighbors at once and almost everything, what they do, celebrate or say. And from above - the sound of heels and the movement of furniture - the floors are tiled everywhere. In general, there is no hiding from noise and sounds anywhere. The food in terms of salads is extremely tasteless and monotonous (there is something to compare with in the same season and almost at the same time), during the entire stay their menu has never varied. Moreover, uneaten food in the form of pasta horns or fried potato slices, lightly flavored with mayonnaise and herbs, invariably ended up among salads at one time. In a word, non-waste production. With hot it is better and tastier - there was once both lamb and veal. There were fish a few times. Sweet tasty and varied, fruits are in abundance, watermelons, melons, figs and grapes are especially tasty. Fresh "homemade" yoghurts, which are abundant in other hotels, are somehow salty and tasteless here. Chemical ice cream - stretches like chewing gum, try it - you won't forget it, especially chocolate. From supposedly juices - solid organic chemistry like Jupi. Many babies from 4 months and more - for them there is a paradise. The older children were well-mannered and quiet. Among compatriots, there was much less rudeness and alcoholism than I met in other hotels, although everything is also noisy. Many foreigners behaved entirely loyal and friendly. Excellent responsible attitude on the part of the host Turkish travel company and its employees. In general, everything is very good, but the second time I will not go there. I want normal plumbing, good cleaning and a responsible attitude of management to their duties. Do not pay for the safe, look for instructions for use in the reviews, print it out and use it to your health. Wi-Fi is available, but paid and expensive. Across the road in the bazaar is an order of magnitude cheaper, there is also a "computer class" equipped there, you don't need to bring anything with you. From the street, 20 meters from the hotel, an ATM dispenses any currency, does not swallow cards. Good luck and have a good rest everyone!
