For the second year in a row we go to the opening of the season in this hotel.
Service, staff, order, cleanliness are all at the highest level and it makes no sense to repeat with previous reviews.
As for the food… This year there are significantly more meat dishes. From fruits: strawberries, apples, pears, oranges. Sweets and pastries are great as always. The problem remained with soups, although they promised to add Ukrainian dishes, including soups - but we did not find this. Increased the number of alcoholic beverages due to cocktails (12 types).

And now a little about the sad....is a new animation. The hotel has completely changed the animation team. Only Enver (5+) and "Panda" remained, who this year acts as a DJ (it's just a disaster, the selection of music is terrible). The new team is working poorly, most of the team is prepared disgustingly. The opening of the hotel was 24.04 and most of the animation began to move in only from the 26th. Animators during the day are practically invisible, and in the evening at the disco they spend more time sitting on their pants and not “turning on” the vacationers. The hotel does not have the energy that the previous team created. Perhaps this is my subjective opinion, but the rest seemed boring to me.
Otherwise, the hotel is one of the best, has a lot of regular customers who come here year after year. You can safely recommend to friends and acquaintances for a holiday.
