Отвратительный отель Disgusting hotel

A disgusting hotel.
On the positive side: the hotel's location: in a pine forest, beautiful nature, sunshine, fresh air, the sea; and that's it!
During our week-long stay at this hotel, cleaning services weren't provided even once, towels weren't changed, we had to beg for liquid soap and shower gel to refill the dispensers, toilet paper ran out and no one was there to refill it, it was a real pain.
The receptionist was rude,
The bartender was the same, the beer was warm (and not even beer, just foam), no tonic, no ice,
all the cups were paper, the drinks were lukewarm,
Only one bar was open in the lobby,
on the beach there was a cart with "drinks, " nothing but water, and sometimes you couldn't get a drink of water; sometimes there was no water, sometimes there was water but no glasses;
The food was monotonous;
The beach was small, there weren't enough sun loungers;
The service was rock bottom!
