We came to rest with my family (I am with my husband and child, my husband's sister with her husband and child, 2 grandmothers and 1 grandfather), the hotel looks like nothing. We were greeted well and started to accommodate. We were settled on the 2nd floor, and parents on the 6th, and the elevator only goes up to the 5th floor. The rooms on the 2nd floor are quite clean, although the bathroom is full of mold. The sink, the toilet bowl and the bathtub were not washed much by our arrival. The room on the 6th floor simply shocked us (toilet, refrigerator and air conditioner did not work, the ceilings are 2 meters high, small windows, opposite the elevator, which is constantly noisy, dovecote in a word). When we checked in, we got stuck in an elevator with a Turk who did not understand anything in Russian or English. We sat for about 20 minutes, when we left, at the reception they told us that they had problems with the elevator today and we were still lucky, someone before us sat there for 2 hours. As it turned out later, people were stuck there all the time. Parents overpowered a day later to us on the second floor of all three in one room (put an extra bed). The crib for the baby was brought to us only once from the 5th reminder. They clean the room every day, but without much effort, give a dollar 3 bottles of water, shampoo and soap will be supplied, if not, then 2 bottles of water and no soap and shampoo. The walls are very thin. It’s not realistic to relax in the room during the day (we needed it, because the child was sleeping), you can hear how the vacuum cleaner works, people walk along the corridor, the maid constantly knocks on the neighboring doors, talking loudly to someone.
The food is tasty, but not varied, every day is basically the same. Chicken, fried soybean sausages, which are delicious only when hot. Once a week they give beef, the first time there was not enough for everyone, the second time they gave portions, several pieces in each plate. For lunch, it happens that only soy sausages, no chicken. Although we weren't hungry. There is very little sweet, the most delicious is raked in the first 15 minutes. Additives are not taken out. Basically 2 cakes, sweets in honey and some cookies. From fruits apples, oranges and grapefruits. There are not enough for everyone, you have to wait. The plates on the back are dirty, but you can find clean ones.
There is no animation at all, everything happens in Kaplan. There are no Turkish nights either, we really wanted to get there, but they told us that you should come to see Kaplan, but eat at your place. They did not make any concessions. In Kaplan there was a dinner with Turkish cuisine, and then a show.

All waiters, hotel guides, bartenders, maids interns. Who works well in Kaplan. Until the dollar is given to the bartender, he will not smile. In the WC in the lobby there is always no paper and nothing to wipe your hands with. Very dirty.
Conclusion, if possible, change the place of your rest, at least for Kaplan. Don't go there again and don't recommend to anyone.
