There are not enough rooms. The staff is rude. They are trying to settle in an old building with poor conditions. They are waiting to be given $10 each. and only then will they settle in a new one. I did not give money, raised a scandal (with the help of a Kiev travel agency and a Turkish host). Only then did they give a normal number.
Walk to the sea for about 5 minutes. Food is so-so. Was there for 14 days. There is nothing to do there at all (except the beach).
For children there is a swing - a wheel tied with a chain. Their entertainment is like an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting.
I don't recommend going there.
