We found a sobbing child literally under a banana, after the excursion they lift the banana onto stands so that it does not lie on the stones, it was in this shade under the banana that we sat - our son sobbed for an hour and a half. Fortunately, the child did not climb into the sea, and apart from stress and moral trauma, he did not receive. Neither Guest Relations nor the hotel administration have been able to explain anything adequate to this day. I, in turn, wrote a written complaint to the director of the hotel. And he promised not to let it go so easily.
Now one more moment, so that there are no misunderstandings. We did not pick up the child from the club (delivery and delivery should take place against signature). Also, I don’t understand how out of 3 children you can forget who is in your club if you personally handed over this child. And in general, even if we assume such a possibility that the child was, for example, hooked on this walk separately - ask yourself, would you leave a 6-year-old, even if it was someone else's child, on the same beach?
