Everyone writes "horror, a room overlooking the road. " I think this is the best thing about this hotel. We were put in a room on the 1st floor of the 6th building - with a view of the sump! It really smells like sewer. The entrance to the room is adjacent to the elevator doors, and the room itself is adjacent to a public toilet. During my stay in this room, I did not sleep at all. After 3, after walking through the throes, we were moved to the 7th building - overlooking the main restaurant ! ! It's terrible, the workers start preparing for breakfast at 5 in the morning, it's very noisy. In general, soundproofing is poor.
Now about number 2. It is very small. The balcony is tiny. But we did not open it, because. a constant smell from the kitchen during the day, and in the evening the smell of rotten wood from a nearby river. The carpet is old and feels like it has never been washed. Walking barefoot is disgusting. Add. a terrible place for a child - a folding creaky chair from the 90s. Our bath was leaking, we just threw a towel on the floor. Air conditioning is centralized, the grate in the wall from where the “chilled air” blows is all black. And this is what we breathe. Of the positive aspects, only daily replenishment of hygiene products.
The hotel grounds are well maintained, clean and beautiful. That's just for such a number of vacationers it is clearly not enough. Not comfortable.

The main restaurant - the food is varied, there are a lot of waiters, they try to clean everything promptly. Did not like the dishes on the grill, with bitterness or something, maybe from the gas. Lamb kebab was for 2 weeks once. And then an hour after the start of the dining room, it ended. The cook said "ram finish". Those. so with all non-standard dishes - I didn’t come to the opening, I didn’t have time to take it, that’s it! I didn't like the pastry. Sweets selection is great. From fruits: apples, melon, watermelons always; bananas, kiwi and apricots sometimes. I did not like the moment with the organization of themed dinners - if you came to the opening of the restaurant at 7 pm, you took a place with a beautifully set table. If at 7 you just leave the beach, then you come and try to find a place for yourself like in McDonald's, and no one sets the table beautifully.
I didn’t particularly see the animators - no one walks and invites you to play. I liked the evening shows, they are mostly from guest groups.
I didn't like the children's town. The territory is certainly large, but stupid, basically everything is focused on the provision of paid services - a trampoline for a fee, paint a T-shirt for a fee, ride a banana for a fee, etc.
The water park is not very successful, located on the outskirts of a small area. The spiral slide is quite gentle - not interesting, and the other two are too steep - it hits the water hard.
In 2 weeks I have never seen how the pools are cleaned.
The beach is clean, the sea is wonderful. There were not always enough sun beds, but we didn’t come before 10-11, we are not sunbathers, so there are no complaints about this)
Summing up: for a ticket for 14 days for 1 adult + 2 children, I paid 214 tr. And this hotel and this vacation is definitely not worth that kind of money. There were a lot of dissatisfied vacationers like us. But alas, the price tag is overpriced twice. The price does not match the services provided.
