I want to draw attention to a more important detail, as it turned out in my vacation - your tour operator who settles you and accompanies you during your vacation at the hotel. I was very unlucky, I got on the Anex Tour! Remember the name and I hope you can avoid the disappointment of the holiday. In case you have problems on vacation, your problems remain only yours and you will not receive a drop of help from the guides! Convinced by my own experience. In addition, they lie in order to save their salary, and maybe people are used to lying.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the guide immediately hinted at us about the "need" to pay for a good room (this despite the fact that we had a ticket for 1400 USD for two for 6 days !!! ), after that we were warned that that you should not take excursions on the street, but you need to take them through Anex Tour, because there will be "problems" across the street, and there will be no problems through Anex, while the difference in cost was 25 USD. We nevertheless took an excursion to Rafting (downhill on a mountain river) through our Anex Tour. Upon arrival at the place, the guide suggested that for the safety of things, we put things in the luggage compartment of the bus, which was done. After descending the mountain river, I discovered that my camera with 250 photos of Turkey was missing from the luggage compartment, and the money that was near the camera in the bag. ! The street agency immediately warned people not to take valuable things with them! I turned to the Guide for help, to which he bulged his eyes and offered to search people's bags! It is clear that they did not find anything from people... After that, the guide began to call someone, and then said "Don't worry, we will compensate for the damage"... And as soon as I arrived at the hotel, a complete "freezing" from my problem began.

The same guide, because there was no one to turn to, answered me: “You won’t understand anything anyway, everyone speaks Turkish in the representation”, and by the end of the day, I found out the number, and it turned out !! ! Even the director of the regional office speaks Russian, and most importantly, he hears about my problem for the first time !! ! I ran around the local gendmerie, asked the "left" people from the street to help me communicate with the gendremerie, when my guide constantly said that he did not have time for this...

In the end, I couldn't achieve anything. They didn't return my money or my camera. . . The trip was ruined. And what is most offensive is that people who went through a street agency paid less money and were satisfied, because they were warned in advance that they would not take valuable things with them !! !
