Бассейн -туалет?! Swimming pool -toilet?!

Hello. Were at Club Hotel Phaselis Rose from 07/07/2019 to 07/16/2019. We were three families. First, I will describe the advantages of the hotel: The hotel area is very well-groomed and clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. It appears to have been recently renovated. Definitely a no frills hotel, quite a budget option. Food, as in all hotels, is monotonous, but you will not stay hungry.
Now the cons: Despite the concept of the hotel, imported drinks are only in the lobby bar, where you don’t run into every time. Further, on Sunday 07/14/2019, we had an emergency - the shower door collapsed on a friend, she wanted to open it, pulled it once, the second, the door did not open when she pulled the door a little harder - she crumbled into small fragments (before that she washed her 5-year-old daughter and just got her out of the shower), imagine if this door collapsed on a child. A friend cut her leg, but they stopped the bleeding themselves, everything needed for this was with them. The hotel employees were immediately told about the incident, to which they replied that the director would contact us tomorrow, since it was Sunday evening. As we were told, the next day the director called the room, but did not find his girlfriend, which is quite natural - we came to relax, and not sit in the room. If they wanted, they would have left information about the meeting with the director in the lobby, but silence and NOBODY apologized to her. And yet - in the main pool (from the side of the bar) several times someone went to the toilet for a big one !! ! At first, a small piece was found at the side (we still thought that maybe the child could not resist), but then in the pool itself there were several piles of decent sizes and obviously not for children !! ! When we asked to be cleaned, we were begged not to speak loudly about it. At the same time, for half an hour that we were waiting for them to be removed, no one did anything, but simply stood and watched, probably waiting for it to melt. We went to swim in the sea and in another pool. According to the idea, they were supposed to drain the water from the pool, wash and clean it, but they just caught this farm with a net and EVERYTHING!! ! And NEVER order a transfer from the hotel to the airport from the GOLD Rent a car company, there are scammers sitting there. We didn’t want to waste time, we decided to take an individual transfer, they announced that we were 6 adults and two children 5 and 9 years old, i. e. eight people, they showed us what kind of minibus it would be, painted that it would be comfortable, but in fact they provided an old car in which there were only 6 seats. And the one who arranged the transfer for us was not at the hotel at that very moment, because he knew how we would swear, i. e. it was planned. We paid $60 for this. As for the transfer, of course, we only blame ourselves, there is no need to act. We are tourist meat for them. So, I will never come to this hotel again, and most likely to Turkey too.
