It took me a long time to decide whether or not to write a review. I decided to write anyway. To begin with, we found the tour ourselves through the otpusk website. com. We chose according to the main criteria for us: the first line, a well-groomed hotel's own beach, picturesque nature around (mountains, palm trees, coniferous trees and, most importantly, the sea), a small cozy hotel area. The tour was arranged through Tui two months before the holiday. But the tour operator turned out to be Alf, the meeting party of the Need Tour (now in our black list of tour operators - I do not advise booking tours through them).
The first unpleasant surprise was from Alf about the change in departure time from 05:30 am to 03.10. 2019 at 17:45, notified a day before departure, and vouchers with air tickets were sent a day before departure. On the way from the airport to the hotel, Need Tour agent Irina assured us that our rooms were waiting for us. Arrived at the hotel 03.10. 2019 at 22:00.
The second biggest unpleasant surprise awaited us upon arrival at the hotel: we were given to fill out check-in forms and only after that they were told that there were no available rooms at the Sanbel Hotel, we had to go to Rama, we categorically refused this offer, since we chose the hotel according to the above listed parameters.
After that, they showed us a bunch of questionnaires for settling and said that we were 17th in line for settling in terms of the number of rooms - rooms and that there was only one way out, to go to Rama. The same was said to a married couple with a small child who came with us. The guys started making videos and threatening to call the police. More people came for us, who were taken to Rama, while their agent was to the end and solved the problem, and our agent Irina from Need Tour, having learned about the lack of free rooms, quietly evaporated, leaving us to solve the settlement problem ourselves.
Bottom line: the hotel administration, realizing that we will not go to any other hotel, already at 1 am on 04.10. 2019, they offered us to check into room 119 with a family with a small child, that is, five of us in a one-room triple no. Naturally, our family refused in favor of a family of three with a small child. At 5:00 am 04.10. In 2019, we were informed that room 228 was vacant, we were settled at 5:30. The administrator himself changed the bedding and towels, the room was cleaned during the day (and this is understandable since there was no one to clean it at night - without a complaint) and for the entire vacation (they cleaned it once on the 6th day after repeated requests), but this is not about that.

General impressions are only positive: polite staff, well-groomed, clean beach under cover, sprinkled with cool water, delicious varied food (lots of vegetables, fish, meat), cozy room.
