We stayed in this "hotel" from 06.10. 2012 to 22.10. 2012. We chose a hotel for a long time, as we took a ticket for 21 days (from 06.10 to 27.10) and not all hotels could confirm the tour, as some hotels were already closed. As a result, we bought a ticket from the tour operator "Tez Tour"

with the help of the Troika travel agency.

1. Numbers.

We arrived at night. When we entered room 217, we saw that it was not prepared for receiving guests (the floor was not washed, dust, dirty bathroom, dirty linen and curtains !! ! with huge stains of unknown origin). Returning to the reception, we asked to change the room, which we were denied.

The next day we met with the representative of "Tez Tour" Kamil, and tried to change the number with his help, this time successfully. We got room 310, in which the plumbing broke the next day, and in the bathroom a puddle was constantly forming on the floor. After an unsuccessful attempt by the staff to solve this problem, we were moved to room 223.

As a result, after living in three rooms, I can describe their condition in sufficient detail: the furniture is old, dusty in all rooms, the plumbing is rusty, it leaks almost everywhere, the curtains have traces of cigarettes, the bed linen does not inspire confidence. The view from the window deserves a more detailed description: in all the rooms that I visited, the view from the window of the neighboring hotel and their trash can, which is fragrant around the clock, which does not allow you to open the door to the balcony. There are some rooms in the old building of the hotel that overlook the courtyard, this is the best option.

Our acquaintances from Belarus did not have air conditioning in their room, for three days they asked to fix it or transfer them to another room.

2. Staff and service.

While staying at the hotel, we had a number of claims that we could not resolve, the appeal to the hotel management did not lead to any action on their part.
We were not provided with a number of services declared in the hotel concept (I list according to the all inclusive concept located in the hotel):

1) Show program and mini-disco (on October 7.2012, a fire show was held, there were no more programs);

2) Cakes in the Turkish tent were completely absent;

3) There was no disco and disco bar;

4) Animation during the day (aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, darts, bocce, gym, sauna, Turkish bath, aerobics, windsurfing) were absent. Water slides included 5 times in 3 weeks.

5) Mini-bar (during the entire stay, water was never replenished).

6) There was no late breakfast.

7) There was no late dinner.

8) Pizza was missing.

9) The a la carte restaurant was not functioning.

From 12.10. In 2012, the assortment of the buffet, which before that had not struck with its diversity and edibility, began to rapidly decline, half-eaten dishes left over from yesterday's lunch and dinner were served for breakfast, for lunch - from breakfast, etc.
Mattresses and umbrellas were missing from the list of free services on the beach, we had to carry them ourselves, trying to find a cleaner mattress, which was practically impossible, and a better umbrella, which was also rare. The beach did not even include music, as well as in the rest of the hotel. We had to entertain ourselves, go to the territory of neighboring hotels for evening animation, thanks that no one kicked us out. At 22.00 on the territory of the hotel almost all lighting was turned off, and the hotel was completely "dying".


Every day the service got worse, and 20.10. 2012, together with tourists from Belarus, we had to turn to the representatives of Tez Tour, because the hotel employee said that the hotel was closing on 23.10. 2012 . At the reception, we were denied a call to the guide, I had to call from my number, which cost me a lot. On the "hot line" TezTour we were promised that the guide would come to the hotel on 21.
10 at 9:00, but he did not show up for the meeting. Repeated calls were constantly forwarded to various TezTour managers, in the end it turned out that the hotel guide did not know about the appointment. In a rude manner, he replied that he was very busy and could only arrive at 12.00, but he never showed up.

On the morning of 21.10. without prior notice, the concept of the hotel was changed from all inclusive (buffet) to a "custom menu", as the hotel manager called it. In fact, they brought us a boiled egg, margarine, a few olives in a tartlet, and jam in a tartlet, 2 pieces of soy sausage, a slice of tomato and cucumber, plus 5 pieces of bread. The request to bring something hot, or serve muesli with milk, practically escalated into a conflict, after which everything was removed from the restaurant, including bread.
The biggest problem is that in our international company (Russia and Belarus), which rallied to overcome difficulties, there was a girl with diabetes, and it is vital for her to eat on a schedule, so before buying a tour, we specifically checked the availability of a late breakfast and dinner plus Swedish table, as she can not eat everything.

When contacting the administration, difficulties immediately arose with understanding the Russian language, although before that everyone spoke it. all points with tea, coffee, and other drinks were removed from the hotel and left only in the restaurant, which was not always open. The on-site shops were closed, the navigation was wrapped in film, we were greeted with empty tables in the restaurant, Sunbel was preparing to close.

At 18:0.21. On 10.2012, the guide Said appeared at the hotel, listened to our complaints and promised to help with the resettlement on 22.10.

As a result, we, probably, as the most "problematic", were nevertheless moved to the neighboring SeaGull hotel, where we could finally relax for at least four days, where there were no problems, and everything functioned perfectly. Our unfortunate friends from Belarus were not so lucky, they were left in Sunbel, the TezTour representative refused to talk to them.

3. The territory of the hotel and nature.

The territory is very small, the beach is small, as I wrote above, the sunbeds and umbrellas are almost all broken, the mattresses are dirty, towels are not given out.

They are very lucky with the gardener, he keeps the patio in perfect condition, it is clear that he loves his job.

The nature is wonderful, the weather in October was wonderful, only by the end of the holiday the sea was very stormy, but only for 2 days. I can recommend Beldibi, you will have a great rest here, but not in Sunbel.

4. General impression.

The rest was spoiled, thanks to the huge representatives of TezTour, Troika and Sunbel.
The hotel does not pull on four stars, even if we take into account that this is Turkey. It's good that we were lucky to stay at the SeaGull hotel for a few days, it's a solid 4 * even at the end of the season.

By the way, when talking with a local resident, we learned that the Sunbel hotel is considered the worst in Beldibi-3, which is already an indicator.

P. S. I expressed my opinion, tried to do it without emotions, because quite a lot of time has passed, and time heals. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends, but I may come to another hotel, from those that we studied in Beldibi, during my "wonderful" vacation.

As for TezTour, for me now it is a company that does not fulfill its obligations, settling tourists in hotels that are problematic, and leaving them to their fate in a foreign country. Moreover, even their guides admit that this is the worst hotel in Beldibi and tourists from this hotel have complaints all the time.
By the way, tourists from Pegasus were moved from the Sunbel Hotel as soon as they called them with a claim, and moved to a 5 * hotel.
