3) you love and appreciate the complete lack of service, the rudeness of the staff (everyone, from the owner to the waiters, is rude, impolite, dressed in dirty clothes);
4) you are satisfied with the lack of food, especially meat and drinks (because the bar is almost always closed, coffee and tea are slop, and besides a couple of types of salads, chicken bones are offered from food. Yes, and for this slop you need to stand in a humiliating queue );

5) you don’t care about the lack of a civilized, equipped beach (it is located 1.5-2 km from the hotel. The road passes through a busy highway, garbage dumps, a cemetery, a Turkish campsite. After the owner of the hotel publicly beat our compatriot who turned to the police and wrote a statement, and we gave evidence, with great difficulty, with the help of the police and a tour operator from Kyiv, we were moved to another hotel of the same price and other category (even a little cheaper) - Sunmerry. It turned out that this is exactly the kind of hotel that was described and recommended by the Kiev tour operator - the real 2nd line (500 meters to the sea), the staff is polite, neat, calm, does not rush at customers, the food is varied, the restaurant is large, no queues for food. Rooms larger, neater. There are, of course, some inconveniences (for some reason, there is not always warm water). But against the backdrop of the Millenium Hotel, this one is just a palace.
