Went for the first time with a friend. We took a ticket for 13800 UAH for two. In principle, to rest for 7000 each, taking into account the flight, transfer, some food and housing, it’s a sin to complain)))
They took from Pegasus, the company organized all the transfers perfectly. Clear, concise, understandable.
We arrived at the hotel at 14.00, but they settled us right after dinner at 19.30. They initially said that "cleaning, wait 5-10 minutes", but it dragged on for so long. But even though things were in the lobby, eat, swim, use the bar, etc. it was already possible.
I politely asked for a room "good with a view of the mountains", and they gave it)))
Everything worked without a hitch for us. There is a balcony with a table and chairs, a conder in the room, a TV set (not used), two beds (double bed and single bed), wardrobe, bedside tables, new bathroom.
There were no complaints about the room)) This impression was blocked by a long wait for check-in)))

But I often heard that many complained: either the air conditioner was not working, then the shower was broken, then the toilet was leaking. But we are lucky
Pool in the yard. There are sun loungers both in the shade and in the sun.
NOOOO the most important minus is the absolute unsanitary conditions of the canteen! ! It was the biggest shock and abomination of the whole trip.
It seems that they cooked normally: a lot of vegetable salads of the same type, there were also meat, sausages, eggs, omelettes, cereals, potatoes, soups, etc. And desserts. . . But kuuuucha flies were flying everywhere!! ! Especially on these desserts! ! They were not covered with anything, everything sat on them and fruited ! ! An abomination. . . It's impossible to sit in the dining room, you constantly drive flies away from the plate. Desserts were taken to try on the first day, but even a piece didn’t climb into the throat, they didn’t take it anymore. On ordinary food (vegetables, cooked food), they almost did not fly, so we put up with it and closed our eyes. The cleaning went badly, apparently they did it without detergents, due to which the flies flew into the campaign. The floor was dirty, sticky in places, the tables were also poorly washed.
This is, in principle, the only, but significant minus of the whole holiday.
At the end of our week, they thought of it and began to cover the salads with cling film.
All employees were friendly and polite. Almost everyone speaks Russian or English. There were no communication difficulties.
Animators were not promised. 1 time in the evening there was a fire show. There was no spa. Wi-Fi paid $ 1 per day for one device. In the room almost did not catch. In the lobby, dining room and near the bass is normal.
The bar is open daily until 22.00.
Walk to the sea for 10-15 minutes, without tension. Found quickly.
There are also several cafes along the way where you can go to sit and eat.

The sea is excellent)) but on the last day I severely cut my heel on a stone when I got out of the water. There, in the kiosks, there are special slippers for swimming, they do not fly off, a friend bought them. It is very comfortable to enter this rocky shore in them, you can take it from the very beginning and not fool around with the painful entrance on the stones))) I suffered, because I don’t like to swim in shoes)))
