Economy class hotel, up to 4 * is very far away. Having read negative reviews about the hotel, fingers crossed that we are lucky, we are flying from Novosibirsk to Kemer on a last minute trip with a 6-year-old child. On the way from home to the hotel takes 10 hours (taxi to the airport, waiting at the airport itself, flight, transfer), we arrive at the hotel at 15 o'clock local time. The first impression was spoiled by the main entrance with a holey rug on the stairs. We close our eyes to this, the pool with slides impressed my child so much that she is ready to immediately dive into it, without waiting for the settlement. At the reception we fill out the documents, we are told that they will soon settle. Very nice young people come up and offer to acquaint with the territory of the hotel. We go down the same tattered stairs, and they simply take us to a local bathhouse, where they offer to wash ourselves for $ 25, we, like the last suckers, immediately buy into this trick, as a result, I pay $ 40 for myself and the child. We return to the reception, the young man communicates nicely with the locals, the child and I, exhausted by the road, are waiting for them to laugh. I ask about the settlement, they tell me to wait. Nerves could not stand it, a lot of obscene language rained down, they immediately offer me a room, stating that all their rooms are not very good, they are ready to offer one, this number is very good, there was only one left, it was waiting for us, BUT you need to thank the generous boy $ 40. I am shocked, I say there is no money, lead to what is. Get a room with a view of the sea and the pool. We come, I say show the number for 40 additional $. They lead to the next building, the room is even more disgusting than the one that we got for free (we have a bath in the room, there is a shower). So don't fall for this trick. The food was absolutely not tasty, monotonous, mostly watermelons from fruits, they gave somehow shrunken apples and sour plums that do not climb into the mouth. We were not hungry, but we always wanted something normal. During the day there is absolutely no animation for children, moreover, there is no playground. In the evening they spend a children's disco, but it's very dreary on it somehow. Cleaning the room is reduced only to the removal of garbage, and then not always. The bathhouse is also so-so, everything was painted so beautifully for us: sauna, foam massage, oil massage, aromatherapy, and tea. As a result, as soon as they received the money, they forgot about us. Of course, they did a massage, put a clay mask on the face and everyone left, we lay for 30 minutes, then we ourselves began to look for at least someone to wash off the mask, they waved their hand to us saying that there and that’s it, they didn’t offer tea. The beach is also no, in the whole trip only the sea and the sun pleased. There is absolutely no place to take a walk (this is for those who think to go without spending much time at the hotel), only excursions remain, which, by the way, are better to take on the street (the same service at a price half the price). There is no internet in the rooms, the safes are very small, the documents could hardly fit. Alcohol in the bar until 22.00. From 21.00 they give one glass in hand. Beer is poured into very small containers - cups of 100 ml. And now the information for those who are still going to the hotel:
1. be sure to take beach towels and sun loungers with you, because here they simply do not give them, in the market you can take a bedding for $ 1, for $ 10 a terry towel (as you bargain). In recent days, we found out that you can still rent towels at the price of $ 5 in the bathhouse.
2. I advise you to take a rag and a cleaning agent with you (which I did, never regretting it), they will definitely come in handy during your stay at the hotel, if you are of course a squeamish person.

3. For those with a sweet tooth and people with children, advice is to take sweets, because tea is given at the bar, but there is nothing to it except lump sugar.
4. take shampoo with you, because. here they pour something like that into some beakers, but it is not possible to wash their hair, and I threw these beakers away, and then I saw how the maids take them out of the trash can and pour them again.
5. A LOT OF MONEY, so as not to be hungry and feed the pissed off staff. I always thought that tips are given for good service, but here everyone is proactive - give me some money and I will make you happy.
The hotel completely spoiled the impression of Turkey, I will not go there again.
