Good afternoon! We went to KariyaTour, the operator is good, everything is accessible and understandable, they were met and seen off wonderfully, there are no complaints about them. They settled us very quickly, literally in 20 minutes, although we arrived at 10 in the morning, and check-in usually takes place from 14.00. The rooms, of course, are simple and the furniture is quite old, the floors are tiled, but at our request they brought two rugs, with True, they have problems with plumbing (it was problematic to wash in the shower, you had to contrive under the tap), but you only need a room to spend the night in it, so why spoil your vacation with thoughts about the room? Moreover, they cleaned it daily and quite efficiently, sometimes they even left flowers on the bed. The territory of the hotel is quite large, a lot of greenery, everything around is clean and well maintained, in general the territory is cleaned constantly. The sea is just amazing! Clean, transparent and warm (+27 - +29)! The beach is excellent - small pebbles with sand, entry into the sea is quite convenient (no stones or boulders), it is kept clean, even cigarette butts are constantly removed. The pool is quite big and clean, the slides are great too. The staff is all very friendly, almost everyone speaks Russian, and 95% speak English for sure. There are no complaints about them at all, they are always smiling and ready to help you in everything. The animators are just great - very funny and groovy, but unobtrusive, they didn’t pull and didn’t pester, but they always have some interesting number at the ready. There is enough entertainment and games, we didn’t even have time to do everything. The food was excellent - plentiful, varied and tasty. From meat: chicken, turkey, veal, lamb, liver. Grilled fish every day, in general grilled dishes were daily for lunch and dinner. There are a huge number of vegetables, 5-7 types of cheeses, 12-13 types of olives, not to mention an uncountable number of various sauté s and stews, fruits - watermelons, melons, peaches, white and blue grapes, plums, apples, pears, oranges, grapefruits and All of this is unlimited. Also on the beach are delicious cakes and ayran. In general, there can be simply no complaints about the food. I do not advise you to go to a la cart - waste your time in vain - the food in the main restaurant is much better. Now for the cons. The main and biggest minus is Russian vacationers! It's just awful!! ! The men get drunk and behave like Neanderthals, they even had to call the guards several times to calm them down, the girls are a different story, it seems that they are not coming here to the sea, but for completely different entertainment. It is not our girls who need to be afraid of the loving Turks, but to save the poor Turks from our girls. There are security guards throughout the hotel - at the slightest incident, they are already there and ready to help, which was very pleasing, since the Russians sometimes behaved simply inadequately. In general, the hotel is worth the money. The most important thing is to tune in to positive emotions and enjoy your vacation, and you can find fault with something in any hotel, if you wish, but why spoil your vacation with petty nit-picking, because it happens so rarely with us!
