We visited this hotel for the first time in 2013. We traveled alone, without children. We then really liked both the hotel itself and the rest. And now, after 4 years, we decided that we should go here with the children.
We arrived at the hotel at 19:00. At the reception, the administrators are quite kind. We were given a room in bungalow "B" on the second floor with a balcony (view of the park area), room 1223. Two-room number. One room (children's) without a door, with a bunk bed. Bathroom - has everything you need. Everything is clean, in good condition (hairdryer, faucets, ventilation). In general, the room is normal, BUT, it already needs cosmetic repairs: the ceiling is clumsy both in the rooms and in the shower, the walls would also be fine to paint (there are traces of dead insects), the sconce does not interfere with replacement at all. We immediately noticed that not all sconces had light bulbs, they asked to replace them. Replaced on the same day. The kettle was also leaking and was replaced. The room for 4 people had 2 tea cups. We asked to bring 2 more. All our requests were answered helpfully. The staff is polite and responsive. Of course (it was noticed back in the 13th year), housekeeping is far from the best side of the hotel. For "tea" in 1 dollar they pretended to clean, replace towels, waved a broom. For $ 2, they swept more carefully, even washed the floors in the bathroom, also changed towels and brought "beauty" to the beds in the form of swans, hearts, decorated with flowers.
It was very nice to see a surprise of fruits and bottles of wine beautifully wrapped in cellophane, as well as an invitation to a free dinner at the PASHA Turkish a la carte restaurant (as a regular guest of the Hotel). What did we use later?

Nutrition. As before, at first glance, there is a lot of food. Meat (everything except pork) in different variations, fish, side dishes, desserts.....But, in our opinion, the children's menu is not "childish" at all: fried sausages, deep-fried onion rings, nuggets and stuff like that. In short, the children were given from the common table (boiled breast, fish, etc. ). In one of the dinners, the menu included crayfish, sushi; in the other - they carried out a cake with applause, the ice cream is viscous. Lots of vegetables, pickled, salted, grilled; fruits (this time the watermelons were just gorgeous - sweet, like from childhood). There are still cons in the diet: children's (as I wrote above), there are practically no soups for lunch (two types of soups and not very tasty), no rice porridge in the morning (children love it very much, that's why they noticed the absence).

The result - 7 days flew by quickly, but very positively! As in our first visit to this hotel, there is a desire to return, but I would like the next time the shortcomings that were noticed were absent next time!
