I was with my wife in this hotel at the end of October 2009. We were immediately settled in the second part of the hotel, which is located on the second coastline, separate from the main territory. At first, we reassured ourselves, they say, it’s even good, you can walk to the canteen and to the sea. But when we got into the room, the desire to "walk" immediately disappeared. Hastily made numbers, with a lot of breakdowns and shortcomings. The staff at the reception did not even want to hear that we did not like something. With great creaking, we were nevertheless given a room on the main territory. And by the way,
they were not even interested in money or additional payment from our side. The second time we got a number
in the left wing, if you look at the reception desk. There was not a single rug in the room, so I had to walk in shoes all the time, as there was cold tiles under my feet. Although on the advertising photos of the hotel on the Internet there are two or even three rugs near the bed. I saw such a small safe in the room for the first time, but the funny thing is that it is not attached to anything and, if desired, you can take it with you as a souvenir (see photo). The rooms are all old, shabby, is it a joke,

hotel built in 92. We got the impression that the owner of the hotel has absolutely no desire to maintain the condition of the hotel. The fund is extremely outdated. And cosmetic repairs will not help here.
Unfortunately, some idiot came up with the idea to keep some roosters and one duck on the territory of the former football field. We could not understand why the roosters? From chickens, then at least eggs, but from these + So, Turkish roosters do not yell like ours with the onset of dawn, they do it at 2-3-4 in the morning, and naturally in the morning. So, there can be no talk of any sleep.
The canteen is disgusting, if you come 10 minutes before closing, then you won’t be able to eat, because the staff doesn’t cook or update anything 20-30 minutes before closing. Because of this, everyone is trying to come to the beginning, as a result, there are queues, crowds of hungry compatriots.
It was the first time I saw that the attendants were so poorly dressed. Everyone has worn-out shoes, some have short pants, some have a teniska washed to death. The form is all in discord, whoever wants to wear it and walks. And this is in Turkey, where the production of uniforms costs a penny.
Almost all the time there is only one bar at the pool, the so-called Irish pub is closed all the time. As we found out later, it is open, you just need to go look for the bartender's girl, she is somewhere busy with other things. The bar at the reception is empty all the time and there is almost always not cleaned. Near the houses, too, they do not bother to clean. Garbage in stuffed bins can lie for a couple of days.
The number of attendants is reduced to a minimum, I remember that on the first day we were surprised that an employee in a RESCUER T-shirt was pouring drinks in the bar. Interestingly, at this moment
in his place was probably a GARDENER?
In the catering unit by the pool (this place does not dare to be called a restaurant), unsanitary conditions.
Chefs do not always have plastic gloves on their hands, they often cooked simply with their hands.
The hamburgers have disgusting soy or some kind of GMO.

It was also a problem to change beach towels for clean ones, you have to start the exchange at 9 am,
in fact, it could start at 9.30 and at 10. There are no problems, guys, just write: it opens at 10 and that's it. There were often no clean towels.
Perhaps these and other claims would not have happened if the management had honestly indicated the category of the hotel as 3-4 stars. Apparently, the 5 stars assigned to Marco Polo remained back in 1992, when the hotel was built.
