We went to talk at the reception and we were moved to block 11 in the middle section on the first floor: a great view of the green lawn, trees, silence) There was a leak in my mother's room from the second floor in the bathroom, despite the fact that this room had just been vacated, it was removed and we moved, we reported to the guesthouse in the afternoon, they didn’t solve the problem until the evening, they said there was no access to the room upstairs, as for me a weak excuse, while they figured it out, again fuss, misunderstandings, in short they moved again - in total they changed 3 times, but it was necessary live in one section as the child ran between the rooms. For such discomfort, I directly said that I would like to receive some kind of compliment from the hotel, we received: a bottle of wine from a common restaurant, fruit))) The hotel did not show its best side in this situation, or for them moving from room to room is common a matter for a vacationer, because they could have stayed and would have dripped on their heads, so in their opinion, maybe they even helped out. I liked the interior of the rooms themselves, comfortable pillows, mattresses, it smells of freshness, there are no insects, TVs hang on the wall, the air conditioners were still turned off. They cleaned every day, qualitatively, without frills, if they see that a bottle of water has not been started, they did not put a new one. The territory is awesome, the hotel is completely open-air, a restaurant under awnings, a great view, two pools, tennis courts, a mini-football field, a new stage with chic video screens, the beach is clean, there were enough sunbeds (such a season). In short, the territory is solid 5+. Animation: solid 5, interesting guys, all Russian speakers (Georgia, Russia, Turkey). Of course, I would call them “bar” animation more: they are funny, they keep up a conversation at the bar (and there is almost the whole life around it), they show interest in everyone, they won’t tear their souls for Activities, they gathered, they gathered, no, no. All performances were imported, which in my opinion is good. I would especially like to mention Yulia (super lighter, excellent water aerobics according to her mother, poolgame), Artem, Georgy, there was also Hussein, but in my opinion it ended. The food is excellent: duck, sea bass, trout, lamb, there were evenings of Asian cuisine, sushi, crayfish: pastries are super. The stomach worked well, very tasty pizza in the stack bar, hot dog. Juices are packed, delicious, delicious Turkish tea, Turkish coffee at the reception bar, nice person makes them. I also make Turkish tea and Turkish coffee in a confectionery by the pool, where you can also sit in a quiet stop: play backgammon, cards, checkers, chess. There is a wide selection of UAL drinks, red label, Napoleon, gorgon, smirnoff, olmeka, brut champagne. The quality of the drinks is good, nothing hurts later) An excellent incendiary disco by the sea until two in the morning. The music is modern, there are drinks again) Spa: hammam, steam room, sauna - large, hot with aromas, a good relaxation room. Regarding the complex of procedures: good masseurs, excellent atmosphere, but an unpleasant aftertaste was left by the fact that they took me there already on the third day, a little burnt, assuring that at the moment it would even be useful to me, in the end I burned out: I never burned out , I'll screw it up, there's a burn on my shoulder. Such a thirst for profit is a minus. The guests are almost all Russian speakers, mostly Russia, a little bit of Ukraine and Belarus, so you will always have someone and something to talk about, the atmosphere is very friendly. It is impossible to conclude that the hotel is a family or youth hotel, because there are many couples with children, the elderly, and young people. The hotel is multi-vector. I would like to return there - yes, the rest went to the very goal despite the situations described, there are places where you can circle and where you can just be alone with yourself. I recommend.
