Good afternoon! Arrived from Turkey 3 days ago. Vacationing with my husband. This is not the first time in Turkey, and we have not traveled to hotels below 5 * before. So, a 5 * hotel does not pull at all. Last year we rested in Belek at the Pine Beach Club, so this is heaven and earth. I'll start everything in order.
1. We arrived at the hotel at 10-30, check-in was told at 12-00, but we were given a questionnaire to fill out and sent to have breakfast. When we came from breakfast, it was about 11-15, we were given the keys to the room, and we went to check in. Perhaps this is one plus, which pleased that they did not stick out at the reception.
2. Room cleaning was daily, but if only it was considered that it was cleaning. Bed linen for all 8 days of stay at the hotel did not change even once !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! Towels too!!!!! ! Although we left money, though 2 lira each, not dollars, I want to note that 1 dollar = 1.44 lira. True, one single time they made something like swans from towels. The bar is filled with 1 bottle of water and that's it! Only upon arrival they put 2 small bags of juice and 0.33 liters of mineral water.

3. The numbers are dead, it's just tin. There was a terrible hole in the door, since it's summer outside! The plumbing was terrible, water was constantly running in the toilet, which made the drain work poorly, there was no shower switch, only the bolt stuck out, but it worked, however, I can’t say anything. By the way, the safe didn’t work either, it’s good that our suitcase is closed with a code, so we kept all the valuables there.
4. Restaurants by appointment are free, but we didn’t go to them, only the fish one needs to be paid extra for $ 5 per person. And in the main restaurant there was enough food, you could choose from what. There were no fruits except oranges, apples, every other day they gave medlar, and there were also green sour plums that could not be eaten. Although already at that time we were buying cherries, strawberries, apricots in the market.
5. Pools are clean. That's just the hill worked incomprehensibly how. The schedule was written from 10 to 13 and from 15 to 18, but when we came to the central pool to the slide after lunch, it was already turned off at 15-00. I still don't understand how it worked and when !!!!!!!!!
6. Of course, the hotel saves on everything. Even there are no bracelets, the first time I see such a joke.
7. Animation did not try very hard, basically, only in the evening they showed something, and the only time there were dancers from Antalya, when there was a Turkish night.
In general, I want to say about the hotel that it deserves a solid 3+.
Special thanks to Mahmet, I hope I spelled his name correctly, which is in the Lobby bar. He always smiled at us kindly, without teasing, and even when we didn't ask, he brought us tea or coffee anyway.
