In May 2019 we visited our beloved Club Marco Polo for the 3rd time in two seasons. Last year, the tour operator advised us this hotel as a family hotel, where it will be interesting and comfortable for every family member of any age. Without hesitation, we agreed, which we do not regret to this day.

The hotel this year with a lot of innovations and after a major renovation:
- brand new main restaurant,
-new kitchen (the range of dishes is very impressive),
-new aqua-zone for adults and children,
- a lot of new entertainment and shows for guests of all ages,
- a huge assortment of the bar, the skill of the staff in preparing various cocktails,
- the lack of sunbeds is a problem of the past years, this year there are plenty of free sunbeds and
this is with the full occupancy of the hotel, well, etc.
We chose not on the basis of guest reviews, but on the advice of the tour operator. Having visited the hotel, I realized that the old reviews (2017-2018) are not true. Therefore, I repeat, SEE ONLY THE FRESH REVIEWS 2019.
1. Reception. Very friendly staff. I want to note that 2 times we flew to the hotel very early in the morning around 5:00-6:00 am, and the official check-in time in the rooms was at 14:00 and no one forced us to wait until 14:00 and settled us at 7:00.00. But even if you arrive early and you are not immediately checked into your room, you can use all the hotel services (main restaurant, food, bar, pool, sea, etc. ) immediately from the moment of arrival.
2. Numbers. Very well maintained, clean, quite cool even without air conditioning. Cleaning every day. The staff is very polite.
3. Territory. Very well-groomed greenery around, because of this it is very cozy throughout the hotel. gardeners work continuously.
4. Nutrition. The main restaurant is simply crazy with its range of dishes. I would like to try everything, but even for 10 days of our stay at the hotel, we could not try all the dishes. there's a lot of things)))
5. Service and maintenance. Sooooo hospitable people in Turkey (just no words). During their stay at the hotel, guests will often be approached by guest relations staff and asked if there are any problems, complaints of any nature. If there is, then eliminate it within 1-2 days. Personally, we had no complaints or complaints, everything was always super.
6. And the "most-most" thing that interested and pleasantly surprised me (and not only me) is ANIMATION!!!
A group of professionally trained people immerse guests in the atmosphere of relaxation, fun and entertainment so much that the stay at the hotel becomes simply unforgettable. Very kind, funny, easy-to-communicate animators by the end of the tour become friends for you, whom it seems you have known for "a hundred years"))).
For children, there is a mini-club, where children can have fun and usefully spend time from 10:00 to 22:00 (resting from parents and parents - from children)))))). The staff for working with children is chosen very correctly (children's instructors are very fond of children, and the children do not want to say goodbye to them by the end of the holiday). Every day the entertainment program for children is different (master classes, entertainment, games in the pool, trampolines, costumed adventures throughout the hotel (for example, treasure hunting on pirate day), kids-festival and show of large soft toys with competitions, evening mini-disco for children I am glad that during our vacation, my son almost did not remember about the games on the tablet and was completely fascinated by the entertainment of the mini-club.
All day long sport-activity is held, where everyone can choose for himself what he is interested in. And even if you can’t, they will teach you with pleasure.
Pool games are a separate issue. Funny, interesting and sooo fun. I advise you to take part in these games, you will not regret))). Memories and emotions are unforgettable.
Evening show-time. Every evening a variety of concerts and shows for every taste and every age (circus, opera, live music, acrobats, dance groups, tricks, animation show and much more).
Once a week there is a foam party where both adults and children have fun.
Thanks to such a variety of entertainment programs, thanks to such a staff that surrounds guests and does not let them get bored, the stay at the hotel becomes unforgettable. And checked on personal experience - you want to come back here again and again.
