Having read numerous reviews in Tur-pravda about Salim, I was surprised by the unanimity of the writers. Almost everyone has a phrase: there are some disadvantages of the hotel (disadvantages related to comfort or cuisine are listed), but everything pales in front of excellent animation. I wondered how it could be that pressing issues are not so important if there is fun. But here I am writing my report (as always on the plane, to distract myself from the horror before the flight; ) and I want to start my story with the same thing: there are downsides to the hotel, there are. BUT! ! First, about the animation, because this is an absolute feature, the hallmark of the Salima Hotel. Thanks to the animators, we had an unforgettably fun week filled with events and the best impressions. Although everyone in our family is used to different styles of entertainment, my husband and I, our 19-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son were also satisfied. Activities for our amusement went on without interruption all day until 4 o'clock in the morning.
The whole set of imaginable sports games and competitions, card tournaments, billiards, a gym for my husband; aqua aerobics, dance classes in Latin, tango, several types of shaping and the most unforgettable - sea-gym (aqua aerobics in the sea) at the pier - that's all for me . Comfortable mini-club with a variety of programs, shady children. playground, children's slides in the pool, and, of course, a mini disco, a children's corner in the restaurant, organized trips to the dolphinarium ($ 20, adults do not have to go) - this is all for the little one. In general, children's entertainment is no worse than in the children's of the Piratos Beach hotels. But Salima is not such a 100% family hotel. Our adult daughter was by no means bored: full of student-age youth, cool competitions, professionally staged shows, discos with the latest music. In general, she also had someone to look at and how to show herself.

I especially liked that in addition to the traditional club dance, people are taught to dance 3-4 new incendiary dances every evening. You know how it turns on when everyone dances harmoniously, with pleasure, and not randomly in the style of Vera Serduchka; )) Everyone had great fun! Humorous competitions do not cause a feeling of embarrassment at all, as in other hotels, and the shows in Salim and especially the musicals are staged so professionally that there is no need for invited artists. The musical "Freddie Mercury" is generally worthy of the best stage! I didn’t want to leave at all, because we simply didn’t have time to try so many pleasures. Plus, the weather was amazing. It turns out that this period is the most optimal for a beach holiday in Turkey (before that, we were 7 times only in late May and early June). And now it was nice to sunbathe during the day, the sun is not scorching, but warm in the evening! We didn't need pants and long sleeves!
The sea is +26, although the first 3 days it was a little stormy, but everyone swam from the pier, including the baby. The water in the pools warmed up by 12 noon, but it was good for us - the little one was happy to hang out in the sea, not asking for slides. The territory is beautiful, very, very green, just like you are in the forest. Room cleaning is on the level, the rooms themselves are cozy, although they write the truth in the reviews, they are a bit old in design. The bathroom is spacious, with an isolated bathroom, but only a shower, no bathtub. Plumbing is new and clean. I advise you to settle, starting with 600 rooms, if you do not like noise. The contingent, thank God, is diluted with foreigners, 60 percent of immigrants from the CIS. Now about the cons. There are 3 of them. First - tasteless feeding. Although there is everything you need to not stay hungry, but compared to other hotels - poor and tasteless. Second: a bad beach is narrow, and entry into the sea is simply impossible from the shore because of the boulders.
There is, however, a pier and pontoon bridges, but the kids in the surf will not frolic. Thirdly, it is annoying to have services that are not included in the free list in this hotel, but you are used to them in other hotels. These are drinks in the minibar, ice cream, a la carte restaurant, drinks in the beach bar, and cocktails. From alcohol only local beer, vodka, wines, gin are available. And you won’t be full of this drink; ) But fresh for breakfast is free and the coffee is delicious. BUT! But there were far fewer drunks than in ultra-all-incl hotels - it’s understandable why. Finally, for the price - a week for 2 adults + a child -2280, a single-1160, and the numbers were that we were 3, that our daughter was one - absolutely identical.
