The hotel has absolutely disgusting service. We booked a room from 7 to 17 June 2019. Comrades save on everything absolutely. They didn’t give toilet paper, they didn’t give shampoos, there were no shower gels at all! We have not changed bed linen NEVER. June 12 at 16:00 we left the hotel for a boat trip for 3 days, no one came to clean the room that day. And on June 15 at 16:00 we returned, but no one cleaned the room. I asked 5 times to clean the room, but they told me rudely: they said it was too late. And we, tired after traveling by boat, cleaned up ourselves and again slept on dirty linen. I am absolutely dissatisfied with the hotel! This is 3 stars and no higher, even the territory does not save them. Bad food, bad alcohol, dirty rooms, bad beds, absolutely disgusting service. This is a vacation for pigs who are ready to eat tasteless and the same thing, drink real poison, sleep on dirty linen, dry themselves with dirty towels, wipe their ass with a finger and enjoy the animation (only with this everything is ok) - but you will pay for it as for a suite 5* - please don't make our mistakes.
