There's a lot to write about, but I'll try to get to the point:
1. The hotel is clearly not 5 stars! , most likely it once was, but at the moment the management policy is focused on quantity, not quality. Everyone I talked to said they would never come to this hotel again. My rating is 3 stars at the most.
2. Food - just awful!! ! I went with my 6-year-old daughter, she simply had nothing to eat there, 95% of the dishes are repeated every day and mostly everything is pickled, salty, spoiled. Pepper is added even to mashed potatoes and pasta. I had to eat French fries, grated carrots, Coca-Cola. For 11 days, fritters were given 2 times, so they had to stand in line for 30 minutes. In short, there is nothing to eat there : (((
3. Animation sucks! The level of the Soviet sanatorium, especially for children. Every evening there is a children's disco, only 40 minutes and every day the same songs, even if the sequence is changed. Boredom!! ! The kids club is open by the hour. because

children's animators simultaneously entertain adults at discos. Well, the evening show for adults is a separate issue. Everything is again monotonous and concentrated on dressing up men as women. All this porn has to be watched by children who are still early to bed, and the hotel animators have nothing to do with them! Adult animation level - rustic wedding! Haven't seen worse.
3. Imaginary All inclusive - free water in the mini-bar, 2 bottles - carbonated, 2 - without gas!! ! Miser!! ! Waiters in bars do not make cocktails, but simply pour anything. and dirty hands climb into the glasses! I won't even talk about the quality of alcohol.

In general, a lot of bad things can be written about this hotel, but I will not. I chose it because of the presence of slides in the water park. The slides at the central pool are open from 10-12 and from!! ! from 14-16. that is, in the very heat, when everyone is sitting in the rooms after dinner.
