We chose the first hotel that came across from those offered by the travel agency.
We arrived at 9:00. We settled very quickly (at 10-00 we were already in the room, baksheesh helped). The room is excellent, there were no complaints, everything worked and shone as expected. Although there were people at the reception who had a lot of breakdowns in the rooms (which, they say, were not fixed for several days). But, again, we were lucky : -)
The room was cleaned every day. Satisfied with cleaning. The minibar was replenished regularly. Soaps, shampoos, etc. updated daily.
There is enough food. Lots of meat and fish dishes. In general, they were satisfied with the food. One BUT! Free alcohol does not take. Paid cocktails - everything is OK.
All around the area is great. Large, very clean area, lots of greenery. Not a leaf, not an extra blade of grass - everything is literally licked.

The pools (there are four of them, not counting the "personal" ones near the rooms on the first floor) were also satisfied. The water park is great.
In general, everyone is satisfied.
Minus two. The first is wifi. It can be considered no.
The second is that almost exclusively citizens of the former USSR rest in this hotel. As a result - in the dining room, many vacationers were gaining food as if they had not eaten for a week. And of course, almost everyone was left half-eaten on the tables. It is unpleasant to watch when a family of three leaves two dozen bitten cakes on the table, surrounded by a mountain of plates with almost untouched food. And, perhaps for the entourage, the whole table is strewn with salad, pieces of buns and watered with drinks. And this is not an isolated case. First time encountered this. It became clear why in the memo the hotel promised (jokingly) to fine 20 bucks for half-eaten food.
Next - sunbeds are occupied with towels around the clock. Not people, but towels. People often didn't even show up.
But this, they say, applies to all hotels where ours rest.
We have no complaints about the hotel itself. Corresponds to his money. I recommend.
