Hello. Arrived from the hotel this morning. I've been scrolling through this review 20 times in my head and don't know where to start : )
The main thing is the photo of the hotel, which is displayed on the title photo and in fact consists of two hotels, no longer corresponds to reality, since the hotel was divided and most of it was sold and is called MiaRosa. That is, the stage, slides, four large pools, most of the beach and the walking area are gone. At first we could not understand what was the matter, we tried to figure out how to get to the territory behind the fence, and we heard that people also said - this is our hotel, why the fence, etc. As a result, at the reception I asked the beautiful girl Ekaterina (with iron nerves) and she confirmed that now this is a different hotel. So do not watch video reviews about the old large complex. I think that it is unacceptable for the administration to continue misleading people, this is a real violation of rights.
At first, the hotel caused an almost panicky feeling of overcrowding, a lot of locals (the hotel is designed for them), stuffiness in the lobby and dining room, narrow aisles, smells, it seemed that you were in the infernal Zatoka))))

Then, once in the room, we exhaled, as the room was in good condition, very clean bedding, towels, three pillows, wonderful sets in the bathroom, slippers, a sewing kit, a pencil, matches, a shoehorn, a comb, etc. far from all much more expensive hotels. This was a pleasant surprise, the plumbing was in good working order and the hot water flowed so quickly and the temperature was regulated like never before. The air conditioner worked properly, nothing fell off and did not irritate the eyes.
The weakest link is definitely the "restaurant". The staff does not cope at all, despite the fact that they work for wear and tear and sometimes cannot cope with their own fatigue and irritation. They work in three shifts, they constantly pull, carry, do something, but all this is in full view of all the guests, who seem to see behind the scenes that they should not see. Dishes are served in small plates on a tray and, as other tourists have already noted, in order to make room for the next people, all these plates need to be sorted by type and size, which is why there is an incredible roar and ringing. Lunch lasts only an hour and a half and it’s scary to remember what kind of crush there is, we went once and it was the last one))) the first vacation on which we didn’t gain weight) for breakfast and dinner, if you come later, you can take a seat on the terrace and there is almost without a rumble, with pleasure to eat, admiring the view of the mountains. The food, of course, is rather weak, long queues for drinks.
One card per room is issued, the second costs 5 euros. To get a beach towel you need to leave a deposit of 10 dollars or euros.
So what's good there? It’s hard to explain, but you just need to accept the situation and relax) You feel like in a family in the hotel, all the staff are very friendly, everyone tries to help, the guys in the animation are very open and kind, they do their best to make it fun. In the evening there is a mini disco for children and two hours of music (the first hour is Turkish music, the second is "general"), we danced well, and from July 01 some bans are canceled and music will be allowed until 12 at night.

Aquapark. Entrance for everyone costs (for a minute) $40 per day, we always have access to it. There are a couple of pools, as well as places where you can just stare at what other people are doing on the slides and get a dose of adrenaline)) there are slides for children, extreme ones for teenagers and adults, a couple of medium "severity" and even calm for pensioners)) ) it was after the water park that we were delighted with the rest, it was still worth it.
Sea and beach. You need to go to the beach through an underground tunnel, exit in the water park and stomp 250 meters on the tiles towards the beach, there is no shade and therefore a hat is absolutely mandatory. They never lay on sunbeds under awnings, preferring a smart rest until 9-30 and after 17, at the very edge of the sea, on pebbles. In principle, there were not enough sun loungers, either by the sea or by the only pool.
The entrance to the sea is not pebbly, but rocky, the stones, although not very large, are very heterogeneous and it is difficult to walk on them, without aqua shoes it is an unpleasant business. There is a wooden pier. The sea itself is beautiful, clean, in certain weather it gives off a beautiful azure color. It was not very warm, on the last day it began to warm up and became more comfortable. From the beach there is a beautiful view of the mountains, from all sides there is something to stare at. Lots of different paid water activities.
When traveling to the Kemer region, be sure to take a day trip on a yacht (we chose the Ginza Monster, $15 per person on their website). A sea of impressions, azure lagoons, incredible landscapes and stunning views.
Returning to the hotel - you can write a long list of very real complaints about the service, etc. , but, oddly enough, the rest was really very successful, I didn’t want to leave. We still would not recommend the hotel to our friends, there are too many "moments", but lovers of thrills may even like it ))
