It was only the second time in Turkey, therefore, there is nothing to compare with. The first time was in 4 *. This time we decided to take a cheap five. The travel agent suggested Daima resort. She looked beautiful in the pictures. And the reviews weren't great. From the category of "bad cleaning under the beds, no Wi-Fi, etc. " I didn’t plan to sleep under the bed, Wi-Fi is also not included in the list of vital things for me. By early booking for the second half of May, we got $ 900 from two, although later I became convinced that this was not necessary - after a couple of weeks the tour fell in price neither more nor less - by a whole hundred bucks.
We arrived at 15.00. We were immediately given bracelets and an electronic key. Paid a deposit for beach towels - 10 bucks apiece.
We got a room in building 3 on the 4th floor. Contrary to expectations, inspired by negative reviews, the room was quite a nothing. A high bed with snow-white linen, a kind of structure - posts upholstered in blue velor with crossbars at the top, apparently for a mosquito net. The net itself was not available. The air conditioner blew right on the bed. The second half of May was not too hot, so we did not turn it on, but slept with an open balcony. They weren't bitten. And this is strange. Near the hotel flows, not a stream, not a canal. We saw turtles in it. At night you can hear the croaking of frogs. Maybe they ate all the mosquitoes? Safe is free. It had a socket for recharging the phone, which worked even when the electronic key was removed (as did the minibar). The soundproofing between the rooms is good, however, we lived on the top floor, so no one was dumb from above. How things are on the lower floors, I can not say. But from the corridor you can hear absolutely everything!

I liked the balcony. Enough secluded that you can't be seen from neighboring balconies, especially if you don't stick your head out. Ours went to the side opposite the yard, with a view of the city of Chalysh and, in part, of the garbage heap. But no one looked down on us. Yes, be quiet there. The balcony has a table and a couple of chairs, as well as a small dryer for towels (swimwear) built into the wall. So, there is no need to carry a rope with you. Leaving, the balcony was left open. Climbing there from a neighboring balcony is very life-threatening.
The bathroom had a walk-in shower with a deep tray, quite suitable for use as a bath. Shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, soap. Hand and bath towels. Separately - one for two for legs.
Cleaning. There are signs in the room - “do not disturb” and “clean my number”. We didn’t litter much and didn’t hang a sign - why clean up there? But they removed it anyway. Vadik had DR - the next day they found a rose on the bed. Okay, left a dollar in gratitude. Nothing has changed - the swan was not twisted. And before leaving, they went rafting and left a “do not disturb” sign so that no one would meddle in the room. Anyway, they came in and forcibly removed! Although, the children hung such a sign every day - they have a quiet hour during the day. They really didn't care.
There is a table for dirty glasses in the corridor. Once it was not removed for more than a day. There was nowhere to put it. Apparently, the cleaners thus expressed their protest against our alcoholism.
Territory. Fairly large and flowery green. Three hulls, made in the form of ships and designed in white and blue, both outside and inside. Figs grew near our building. The smell is simply divine. But the fruits were still green. Apparently, the first harvest has already been collected. And the second did not ripen for our arrival. There is also mulberry, which we once bothered to feast on. Dining room, bar and small pool. Across the road - pools with slides and the so-called snack bar, pulling on a full-fledged canteen. The choice here, of course, is smaller than in the main "restaurant", but there is both the first and second and compote. And most importantly, it works until 16.00, and the main one - until 15.00. It saved us the day we arrived. And many people don't want to leave the beach. What for? The food is there, the bar is here.

Main restaurant. Meat - chicken, beef, lamb. Fish - mackerel, trout and some other unidentified. Fruits - melon, watermelon, strawberries, apricots, nectarines, oranges, grapefruits. Several varieties of olives, several varieties of cheese. There is a lot of food, but I can’t say that I am delighted with cooking. The coffee in the machine is lousy.
Bars. Oh, it's something! If in our previous four there was nothing besides beer, wine and disgusting strong drinks, then in the Dime resort there is a place for an alcoholic gourmet to roam! The beer is cold, poured into large glass glasses. At the pool bar, you could take as many as 4 in one hand! There are tasty treats like baileys, malibu and martinis. Albeit locally produced, but quite tasty. And, apparently, it is easier than their branded counterparts. Because they drank in different sequences, including after beer. At home, it would put me in a coma. And here - at least henna! I never felt sick in the morning. From strong - good whiskey and cognac. But gin and rum are repulsive. Although, the pina colada based on it was quite edible. The people bothered with all sorts of different cocktails. I am not particularly strong in them, so I managed with the drinks listed above. And I didn't even bother trying the wine. There wasn't enough time. As well as Vadik did not have time to get to the tequila. Therefore, I can not say anything about their quality. I saw how people made their own mojitos, pouring the ingredients into a plastic bottle, apparently not trusting the skill of the bartenders. Or there was no mint on the bar, but the canteen was full!
Water is brought every day. A bottle without gas and a very small bottle with gas (per person). However, in the bar you can take a large bottle completely free. If a “do not disturb” sign hangs on the door, water is left under the door.
Animation. I saw animators, there are really a lot of them. Dress up every day in a new color uniform. 7 days - 7 flowers. Like the tablecloths in the dining room. But I can't say what they do. I'm not interested. And we went to bed early. But the fact that they are not heard in the evenings from the room is good. The performances, if any, were in the part of the hotel where the pool with slides, i. e. across the road. But the animation from other hotels was audible, if you do not close the balcony. And that's not good. But, like, only until half past ten.

Beach. Small pebbles (or coarse sand). The closer to the sea, the bigger. Lots of sunbeds, enough for everyone. But many have already been fired. Bodies exhausted by the all-inclusive do not endure. Awnings from the sun. The people, in the late afternoon, carry sunbeds closer to the sea, despite the sign with a tearful request not to do this. In the evening, the beachboys do the reverse process. And so - until you turn blue, because in the evening there are people on the beach who want to sit (lie down) by the water.
Sea. If no yacht pours its slop bucket into the sea, or if it pours out, but it is carried away by the current to another place, then the water is very clean. I even saw fishermen on the shore, and they even seem to have caught something. Entering the sea is very inconvenient, because hefty stones, the size of a human head, lie in the water. The depth set is quite sharp. There is a pretty strong current. Once I swam to the buoy and back and got out about 20 meters from the place where I entered. However, she herself saw how a one-legged man managed to enter the sea here. And the hotel is full of children.
By the way, about children. My daughter and her husband and one year old granddaughter were also with us. The hotel is quite comfortable for children. There is a swimming pool with children's slides. There is a playground. It is very convenient to go everywhere with a stroller - both around the hotel, and to the dining room, and to the reception, and to the building. The buildings have elevators. Getting to the pools with slides and the beach was also not difficult. You can not go across the road, but use the underpass. There are children's chairs in the dining room. But it was problematic to feed our child. There is no children's menu, although it is stated as such. We gave the little one something, but we still had to buy more in the store. However, for older children, food is enough. And the prices in the store, at least not higher than ours. We asked for a baby cot before we left. In fact, she was not in the room, but there was an extra bed. Dad slept on it, and the girls slept together on a wide double bed. So, perhaps, it was even better.
Location. I really liked the village of Kirish. On the one hand, close to Kemer, which can be reached by dolmush for 3 liras per person. On the other hand, there is where to walk. Olympos National Park is a great place for those who like not only to lie on the beach. The air in Kirishi is simply divine! It smells of pine trees, flowering oleanders and sometimes the sea. In the mornings, the smell is simply collective farm - probably not everyone likes it, but I really like it! Smells like goats! The village is full of shops. There are ATMs. But the exchange rate there is very low. It is better to go to Kemer for this purpose. Yes, and not too much needed, an exchange. It can be quite manageable.

Contingent. Mostly Russians. The hotel seems to be purely aneksovsky. When I looked at the reception, when we had a return flight, the list of cities included mainly Ufa, Chelyabinsk, Moscow. And quite a bit Kyiv, Kharkov, Zaporozhye. And the Turks, it seems, were also. On the last night, someone ran along the corridor and yelled not at all in Russian!
I liked the hotel in general. Of the minuses, I would note:
1. The hotel does not provide lunch boxes. And you can’t take it out of the canteen - at lunch and dinner at the exit from the main restaurant there is a person who carefully monitors this. However, he does not check the bags, but only wraps them with plates. If you go on an excursion, you can take for breakfast, for example, boiled eggs and cheese. Fruit again. Or from a snack bar. Flatbread with cheese/meat. French fries. Nobody checks there.
2. In a bar on the beach (in a snack bar), sometimes the bartenders get a helmet under the tail, and they begin to give out one glass in their hands. But another change comes - and all is well. And here they pour it into paper glasses (although they are quite large). But you can ask for glass, like you're not going to the beach, but you'll be sitting here at a table.
Guests can also use the water park for free. But it's not safe. You can read about this and much more in my travel story here https://www.turpravda.ua/tr/blog-313387.html
