We rested in Daima Resort with two families with children 5 years old in June 2018. Initially, they understood that for such money (122 tr from a family of three for 10 nights), provided that prices increased one and a half times compared to 2017, it would not be a full-fledged five, you would have to put up with something.
We arrived early from Kazan, we were already at the hotel at 9 am. At the reception, we were given bracelets and said that due to the workload of the hotel, the rooms would be ready only by 14-00. Regarding two rooms nearby, they immediately stated that it would not work, especially since we needed rooms with extra beds. As a result, after ten minutes of negotiations (and 20 dollars), we were miraculously found two ready-made rooms on the same floor in the first building and were immediately settled.
We read in reviews earlier that the main disadvantage of this hotel is cleanliness, or rather its absence. And so it turned out in reality. In the bathrooms, the plumbing is covered with limescale, in the rooms the bedding and bedspreads are stained, etc. The rooms are cleaned daily, but it feels like the floor is not washed at all, only towels and sometimes bed linen are changed.
The rooms are quite cramped, the space is cluttered with canopies over the beds.
In fact, the hotel itself (buildings) is on the second line, because. on the first line is Daima Planet - a single entertainment space for guests of the Daima Resort and Daima Biz hotels. But it didn't bother me too much. True, it was impossible, as in the Hydros Club last year, to leave the hull and immediately plunge into the sea. We went to Daima Biz once out of curiosity - everything is the same, there is nothing interesting there.
In the area of the buildings there is a not very large relaxation pool, there were usually very few people there.

The main pool is about 60 by 60 meters, it is divided into 4 sections by bridges - a children's section with small slides and fountains, an exit area from large slides, an activity zone (water polo, water competitions, etc. ) and just a pool. The pool has plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Our children (5 years old) were allowed to climb large slides without any problems - the children were simply delighted. The slides are quite high, but not extreme.
Another very nice bonus - next to Daima Planet is the DoLuSu water park, owned by the owners of Daima. Entrance to this water park from the beach for guests of Daimy Resort and Daimy Business is free (but in general it costs $ 30 per person), you can walk at least every day. The water park is not very big, but cool. Both for children and for adults. Definitely worth going. We rode all the slides. The most dangerous is the Springboard, if you don’t know how to group in the air, you shouldn’t ride.
The hotel's beach is large enough - there was enough space and sunbeds for everyone. Sometimes there were difficulties with sunbeds only because we needed at least five sunbeds together and we usually came at 10-11 o'clock. The entrance to the sea is a large pebble, without shoes for swimming, the legs hurt. The sea itself is beyond praise! The cleanest, very warm +26 (last year it was colder on the same dates). There is a pier from which you can dive. Beautiful mountains in the background. Water attractions at the hotel are very expensive - a banana ride $ 15 per person, children for the full price. They don't trade at all. It is not clear why they have such wild prices this year.
Animation on 4-. Everyone speaks Russian. In principle, they will not let you get bored - exercises, boccia, aqua aerobics, volleyball, water competitions - it's fun! Several times they played volleyball against the Iranians and water polo against the Iraqis. In the evening, twice a week, foam discos are held on the beach. You can also swim at night. At 21-30, the amphitheater hosts an evening entertainment program - like everywhere Miss and Mr. Hotel, gums, etc.

In terms of nutrition, the only thing that surprised me was that there were no pancakes or pancakes for breakfast, but there were fresh buns. We never went to the beginning of breakfast / lunch / dinner, usually in the middle or towards the end - there are much fewer people, the assortment is the same. Even if something is over, it is worth waiting two or three minutes and everything will be replenished.

By the time from about 9-00 to 16-00, it costs $ 15 per person, children are free. Lunch on the yacht is included in the price, drinks are paid. It is better to take drinks and alcohol with you, the prices on the yacht are quite high. There is a DJ, animation, and a foam disco on board. We stopped several times to swim in the open sea. The only thing that was not there was the promised children's pirate animation and treasure hunt. But the kids were happy anyway.
