I want to say right away that 99.9% of tourists come to the hotel from the CIS countries (Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, etc. ) and only 0.1% are tourists from Turkey. And so it's complete trash! Why are our people such pigs and cattle! Everywhere they spit, they litter, they behave like pigs in a restaurant and at a bar, which is why such an attitude towards Russians all over the world. Whoever likes to relax from their homeland is not here for you, and we are the last time in this type of hotel, we will never rest with our fellow countrymen, it was the first last time. Feeling as if you are in Adler or Tuapse. Everyone in the restaurant behaves inappropriately, as if they have never seen food.
Check-in was not immediately arrived at 17:00 settled somewhere in an hour and a half. Bell-boy (who delivers the luggage) immediately began to beg for money in the room... it’s the first time for me when they say: “give me money, I didn’t carry a suitcase... ” there were 3 lira from small ones, I gave it to me, he took me : "What did you give me, it's nothing... where is the money? " , I sent him in Russian in 3 letters, he left with a psycho... tin, really this is the first time in 5 years of traveling around different countries.
Everything in the room was working. Although the room is not the first freshness, everything is tolerable.

On the territory there are many trees with pomegranates, oranges, tangerines and persimmons, flowers and greenery - very beautiful!
There are also not many cats in the territory, just PPC how many... adult cats, kittens - children play with them, and they perform animation duties better))) than animators)))
Animation is doing something - I haven’t seen it, it’s like they say there is morning exercises - I haven’t seen it, they played darts once I saw it and that’s all... what they do there is not clear! Children seem to be engaged in a children's club, draw, play, have lunch and sleep there, in general, like a mini kindergarten... in the evening there is a disco for children. Then a performance in the amphitheater - not very interesting... boring and dull (Competitions, theatrical performances, etc. in the role of the animators themselves)
There are swimming pools and a water park, we didn’t swim in the pools, if there is a sea, then we don’t use the pools. The water park did not inspire the same, it is included in the price, but the water in the pools is icy, the slides are high.
There are a lot of bars (reception, beach, near the pool, in the restaurant) - alcohol is normal, there is local and there is some imported (rum, cognac, whiskey, crayfish, tequila, martini, Belis, vodka, gin, beer, wine), they make almost any cocktail to order, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, including dairy. The bartenders are funny guys (the most adequate in the whole hotel from the staff) joking, smiling.
The pros of this hotel:
1) Territory - it is big, there is where to take a walk (pools, water park, there is a cinema on the street with hookahs - bargain, hookah $ 12 but you can bring down the price up to $ 10 - $ 8, the hookah is good - your head does not hurt - plus)
2) The beach can be said to be the first line
3) Bars with more or less normal alcohol
4) They always put water in the room and you can take it in the restaurant
5) Wi-Fi took even in the room - intermittently, but it will work. Free.
Of the minuses:
1) A lot of Russian cattle-tagil
2) The room was cleaned somehow, the last day no one cleaned at all

3) The staff who extort money is just a nightmare.
4) The food in the restaurant seems to be normal, but everything is monotonous and in pairs it doesn’t always look fresh... you can eat, but after 3 days you don’t want to look at it, the soups are the most disgusting I’ve been to, the barbecue is delicious! Few fruits (watermelons, plums, peaches, pears, grapes)
The hotel is not 5 * it is at best 3+ stars, and the fact that there is a territory and a water park, and the first line. You can relax but I would not go back there!
