My husband and 4.5 year old child and I rested in Daime Resort from June 17 to June 27, I must say right away that this is our fourth vacation in Turkey and the worst. I'll start from the beginning: they brought us to the hotel at 10.00 am and, to our surprise, half of the people were unloaded from the bus here (which in other hotels there was not such an influx of people right away). My husband and I immediately invested $ 20 in our passports, but we waited a very long time. During this time, other people were resettled and we did not understand why they were holding us, but later everything became clear - they were all settled on some zero floors (where it is very damp and smelly), some in the new newly built Daima Biz buildings (where there is still a smell construction sites, air conditioners do not work), these impressions were shared with us by the people themselves who were settled there and who asked to be relocated. . . As a result, we were given the keys at 15.00 to the first building "Maria" on the 4th floor - we really liked it, a remote room, it's quiet and there is a beautiful view from the balcony to the mountains and the sea is visible to the side. As for food, it is simply not enough and even not always enough good. And this is not surprising, because. there is only one restaurant on the territory of the water park and was originally divided into the first three buildings, and now 5 more buildings have been built, and of course this is not enough for such an influx of people who all want to eat and drink. From here, there are very long queues literally for everything and for fruit too! The hotel staff themselves are trying very hard, but it can be seen from the outside that their strength is not enough for such a huge number of vacationers. As for fruits, in our race there were watermelons, melons, twice strawberries, apricots, green plums and nectarines, oranges and apples. Moreover, watermelons and melons alternated, if watermelons for lunch, then melons for dinner. . . The cape is mostly chicken (it’s both grilled and shish kebab and chicken on a skewer), but there was also lamb, veal, a huge white fish is very tasty, but if you don’t fry it, then you come across hard pieces. There were big queues even for potatoes for fries and for mashed potatoes! ! And it all unfolded very quickly. But, of course, we did not leave hungry. The only thing that pleased us was the cleaning of the room. . They cleaned every day, washed the floors, the bed was changed 4 times and always after the change of bed, swans, then flower shapes were laid out and everything was decorated with rose petals and some flowers - the smell was very pleasant, and the towels were changed at our request, it was enough to throw them on the floor. She always came before sleep, because she came once when we were sleeping and quietly left, and then she came after our sleep. Well cleaned regardless of tipping or not. Of course, we gave tips and did not leave them in the room, but in person. Maybe that played a role. As for dishes, yes, there really were poorly washed dishes and cups with a streak of stale tea, but we set aside and took clean dishes. There was one incident in the morning, one woman raised a cry that there were no cups, milk and other things at all, so the next day three hotel employees stood in the dining room and controlled whether everything was there: the waiters rushed about like mad, then they brought packages of teas, then they carried bags of milk , cups, plates, trays of pastries, in general, then every morning there were one or two supervisors and they watched everything that was missing and immediately reacted. I showed that there was cold milk porridge, so after a minute the controller himself brought me a clean plate, and behind him the cook carried a tray with hot porridge. As for the 5-star hotel, they took off one star and in the evening, when all the lights were turned on, we watched how the employee turned off one central star every evening with a remote control (pay attention to this), and at the new Daima Biz hotel, all five stars were on. In general, read and analyze for yourself whether to go to Daima or not.
