Good afternoon! I would like to share my impressions after the stay in this hotel. We went together with a guy through TEZ TOUR. Upon arrival, we were met by a friendly transfer guide girl, gave us a lot of useful information, brought us to the reception and left. This is perhaps the most unpleasant part of our stay at the hotel. The guy at the reception did not really speak Russian or English, and, alas, we did not know Turkish. In broken Russian, he pointed out to me where I needed to write my first name, last name, and with whom I came. After that, he said that they had a settlement at 14:00, they say, wait. OK. We sat down in the lobby, set up Wi-Fi, and started contacting our relatives. We met 2 girls who had flown in with us, and I saw bracelets on their hands that they didn’t wear to us (we went for the first time, so we didn’t know the full procedure for checking into a hotel). I went to the reception, explained and asked them to give them to us too. The guy did it with great reluctance. Also, we were not given the concept of the hotel (schedule and places for breakfast, lunch, etc. ), we were not told how to get beach towels. We sat like this for 2.5 hours when we heard from some group where to go to have lunch (the last time we were fed on the plane at 6 in the morning). The time came 14:00 and went to ask for the room. The first 15 minutes could not push through to the reception. When all the same it was possible and I reminded the employee of our existence, he smiled, said that there were no free rooms and... began to blatantly ignore us, he turned his back on all attempts to ask or be indignant. In general, the main manager settled us (fortunately speaking both Russian and English). It happened at 15:00. The rapist guy took our suitcase, showed us the number, the safe, we gave him a dollar and he left. But, alas, our safe “miraculously” slammed shut and my boyfriend ran after him again. He came and opened it with his card. To my gratitude "Thank you very much", he smiled, said the same thing and made a "money sign with his hands" (they say, you can't put thanks in your pocket). To be honest, I was a little taken aback by this. They gave him another dollar and he ran away. By the way, the mini-bar included in the price of the room was empty and was not replenished, although we applied three times.
Luckily, that's where all the bad stuff ended.
The beach was clean, large enough, there were enough sun loungers for everyone (of course, whoever came earlier took a sun lounger near the sea), the water is clean and clear. On the beach there are vending machines with water, after 10 meters there is a snack bar. Walking to the beach is not far - we went to the junction for 6-8 minutes. On the beach you could play volleyball, went to offer different water sports (extra charge).

The kitchen is amazing! There were a lot of vegetables, fruits, meat of all kinds, fish, salads. Everything was fresh and very tasty. Sufficiently tasty were given sour-milk products for breakfast and mashed soups for lunch. There was always a place to sit. The chefs always stood in the hall and watched if everything was fine, if everything was enough. When any queues formed, they personally served the guests, helping the rest of the staff. The waiters really blew me away. Balancing around the hall with 10 plates on one hand and the same number on the other deserved applause. Mostly they were always smiling, always asking if they could take the plate. That's who truly deserves a tip (and not the guys carrying one lightweight suitcase on wheels). The bartenders are very good, did everything quickly and with a smile. And almost everyone has an amazing sense of humor, which could not but rejoice)))
The animation is also not bad, but the daytime one is somehow quite small. During daylight hours, I saw animators only three times. But their evening shows are incomparable! Here they are great fellows. )
Those who travel with children will also have fun, because they will have something to do. (Most vacationers are families with children aged 6 months and over).
They do amazing massages in the SPA. For the procedure of peeling, foam massage, massage with aromatic oils and a mask, we paid 40 dollars. But it was worth it)
What I advise you to be careful with is the slides. We found 5 working slides. But we didn't manage to leave them safely. They have a poorly polished joint on the slide, as a result of which my boyfriend tore his elbows to the blood, and a little scuffed his back. Therefore, we rode only one hill (yellow with three cascades) I can’t say for the rest.
TEZ TOUR offers not bad excursions. We took diving ($75), jeep safari ($45) and climbing Mount Tahtalli by cable car ($65). The latter did not pay for itself, as for me. But the diving and jeep safari were great. Diving included 2 dives at 5 and 8 meters, fed the fish, watched the underwater vegetation. Jeeps drove through the mountains, climbed 1200 meters above the sea. Jeeps are certainly not "oh what", but you can ride them. On both excursions we were fed delicious lunches (although all drinks are paid. There were Russian-speaking guides with an amazing sense of humor)))) I would like to note the excellent work of the hotel guide Hussein - he speaks Russian well, always on the spot, always friendly.

In conclusion, I want to say that the territory of the hotel is very large and well-groomed. The rooms are good, everything worked (the only thing that confused us a little was a slightly scratched mirror in the bathroom. But it was not too deplorable). For a dollar, cleaners always left us an extra bottle of shampoo, gel, balm, a couple of bars of soap and 1-2 extra clean towels. On the bed they laid out beautiful blankets for us and strewn it all with flowers.
In short, everything was great except for the reception. If I go to Turkey again, I will choose Daima)
