My friends and I bought a Fortuna 5 Star Kemer 5* tour from you from May 17 to May 25.2014, having a successful experience of purchasing such tours for ourselves and our next of kin. After a preliminary acquaintance with the room and refusing it, as well as disputes at the reception with the hotel guide Margarita, we were told that we had a room corresponding to Fortuna. Inside the hotel has a really complex and original staircase, which in fact is the only attractive place. Functionally necessary, because the elevator works "once".
The reception room is generally covered with wallpaper, accidentally knocking on the wall, you find out that it is obviously made of plywood at all (sewn up). The thickness of the walls is proof of this.
