Going into the room - we almost fainted! The room is shabby, the wallpaper is torn, dirty, bathroom with fungus, no chairs, broken hangers, dim lighting, the remote went to the reception. The hotel itself has been renovated for a long time. The hotel is home to a lot of Turkish citizens, the hotel food is the same, tasteless, designed only for Turkish consumers.
There was almost no choice of dishes, nothing to eat.

Only after repeated scandals from the same deceived customers as we began to cook a little better (served baked chicken, etc. ). The restaurant is poorly cleaned, poorly washed dishes. When I returned home, I wrote many complaints to the management of the Tour Operator Annex Tour, appealed to the travel agency, but to date I have not received answers to my claims and appeals!
I have no time or nerves to sue them. Although such swindlers should be well trained, they raise a lot of money during the season, deceiving the people!
