Our review is for those who are not able to change something and spend their holidays in this hotel! Guys, do not hang your nose - not everything is as bad as they say in the reviews!
We also read a lot, were horrified and wanted to give a damn about the money and not go anywhere! Take a risk and don't regret it!
We drove through the Tez Tour - I give it a "2", it's a pity that there is no "O"! We were waiting for the plane at Pulkovo for almost 20 hours - a day of vacation was stolen!
Accordingly, the hotel was settled not in the afternoon, but at 4 in the morning! Asked for a quiet room - no problem! They even offered to have a bite to eat, but after the flight there was no strength left! We immediately heard the invocative prayer from the mosque - that's when we heard it in the morning, not even once in the early morning!
Towels received without problems! We read here that they strained with them - they pinned it with them))
Animation was for both adults and children! We tried as best we could - the rest depends on the activity of vacationers!

A couple of days before departure, the hotel was already full and at dinner we had to stand in a decent queue for food. we were two, it was easier for us, we managed everything quickly.
Our conclusion is that it all depends on the time of rest! Some were not lucky at all, but for others, like us, nothing terrible!
