Bought tickets to this hotel. We looked at the photos and calmly went to rest. We settled in this hotel, gave out a room, which is better not to comment, but to attach a photo. This was immediately embarrassing, they asked to change the room, the other 3 rooms provided by the receptionist were even worse. Because from the road you usually want to stay in the room, turned on the air conditioner, which did not work. The fridge in the five-star hotel room didn't work either.
No one acquaints with the schedule of the kitchen. We got to the kitchen at 13:50, managed to take food, and at 14:00 we could no longer take water, because the bar closes at 14 and it becomes impossible to take drinks, including ordinary water. For this, of course, there are coolers on each floor (where the water is not imported, as it turned out, but directly from the water supply). If you want good water, you can buy it on the ground floor for 1 dollar 2 half liter bottles.
An amazing feature is that when shortcomings were pointed out to the staff, they abruptly ceased to understand the Russian language.
The overall impression of the holiday was spoiled. Think twice before buying a ticket to this hotel.
