We arrived at the hotel at 7 am, at first they told us that they would check in at 12:00 and showed us a place where we could leave our suitcases. At the reception, everyone is annoyed, I don’t want to contact them once again. We decided to go to the dining room for breakfast. Tasteless cereal, rubber sausages and one herb is the only thing waiting for you there : ) number is picked up. Okay, we were willing to wait. As soon as we finally checked into the room (after 7 hours of waiting), we were VERY surprised: the room was terribly dirty, there were incomprehensible pink spots on the table, rubbish was lying in places on the carpet, and the whole floor was covered in someone's hair . . The balcony is about the same condition: dirt everywhere, everything in brown spots. I’m just silent about the bath, I’d better attach a photo. We decided to go to a bar. Alcoholic drinks can hardly be called such - there is literally a drop of alcohol there! BUT! In general, the cocktails are delicious, but they do not give a head. Walking around the hotel we saw a lot of dirt, nobody cares about cleanliness in the hotel.
A few words about the restaurant (which can hardly be called a restaurant, the dining room is perfect) The food is terribly the same type, sometimes even spoiled. The restaurant itself is horribly unsanitary. All the plates are dirty, stained, stick to each other, forks were always missing. The tables were wiped with dirty rags, from which it carried for a kilometer))
For 14 days of stay bed linen and towels were not changed AT ALL. Shampoo and shower gel, which should be present in a 5 * hotel, were missing. The room was cleaned 2 times, and then they swept it with a broom and threw out the garbage.
We have never swum in the pool and we do not advise you, because. the water is muddy there.
There were constant quarrels at the reception, which rarely led to anything. For many, the air conditioner did not work and the toilet bowl often broke, but requests for repair were heard only after scandals, otherwise they let everyone pass by (we are an example of this). The staff was often rude, at the end of the holiday they generally began to get personal, BUT if you allow yourself such behavior, they immediately begin to threaten the police and pretend that they are calling the sheriff))
Activities at the hotel are the same. from 21:30 to 22:00 children's disco. After - competitions for an adult audience. Only these contests are completely uninteresting, boring . .
