I can say unequivocally, who has a sufficient budget, buy a tour at Club Hotel Rama 4 * without hesitation, since the Rios Beach Club 4 * hotel has many disadvantages, unlike Rama 4 *.
Firstly, the Rios Beach Club 4 * hotel does not work on the All inclusive system, which you expect to receive from Turkey. This hotel is reminiscent of the Soviet food system in a boarding house on the basis of breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner. This hotel is ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL. For the first time I see this, even in 3 * hotels local wine was served without problems, and in 4 * Rose Resort Kemer, in addition to wine, rum, Baileys of Turkish production, elementary Mojito cocktails were offered.
At the Rios Beach Club 4 * hotel, compote is served as wine (wine diluted three times with water, on the bottle of which 13% is written, that is, even if you consider that the wine is local and cheap, but it should be like wine, and not compote at all without alcohol). Somehow I was not going to go to Turkey with my wine or go shopping, buy wine, but I had to.

In the first two days of my stay in this hotel for lunch and dinner, I didn’t find what to eat - it means that they offered grilled chicken backs, practically without meat, and some meatballs, it’s not clear from some old meat, as well as navels. In general, I'm sorry, but this is how I feed my dog. That is, the question of a tasty meal was not at all, but only at least something. I was pleasantly pleased with the breakfast, which always offered warm potatoes, eggplant, zucchini, pancakes with jam and omelettes or an egg, sausages, cheeses. Fortunately, in the following days, we managed to find chicken meat in the form of fillets, not backs or wings, for lunch / dinner, and once there was a grilled chicken kebab.
I confirm that all dishes are given in portions, and they will not give more than they should. This also confirms the absence of the All Inclusive system. The sweets are good, tangerines, plums, apples and the guy who distributes them is very nice and you can always order as much as you want. The pool bar is also alcohol-free, where you can order beer. A bar by the sea with beautiful gazebos and tables, but nothing is offered for free. The pool is good, no issues.
The location of the hotel has its pros and cons. It is close to the sea, to the road Kemer - Antalya is also close, there is constant noise, at night how to open the window, it interferes with sleep. The biggest plus in the location of the hotel is the opportunity to walk independently in the mountains to Goynuk Canyon, which is only 4 km from the hotel. It's very beautiful there. Entrance ticket $ 2, a boat through the canyon (I recommend 10 euros, and they will take you up to the canyon by car).
Beach. This is a separate conversation. Indeed, its length is 50 m, on one side it is protected by the iron structures of the neighboring hotel, on the other - it is limited for a boat. If there are a lot of people, then swimming is not at all comfortable, you can swim in depth, there is no possibility along the beach. And there are just a lot of people in the hotel, fortunately in the last week of October the structure for boats was removed (for the winter) and the beach became larger. There was only one way out - to relax on the nearby spacious beach Club Hotel Rama 4 *, which at the end of the season was practically without people.
The weather at the end of October - a couple of days of rain + 23-25 ​ ​ and a couple of days of sunshine + 30.
No animation, water aerobics, etc. were noticed. Games with children were held in the evening.
Conclusion, the hotel for one time, does not work on its image, so that the tourist will return next year.
