We stayed for 7 days, 2 adults and 1 child.
We arrived in the evening at 20:50, there was nothing to eat. This immediately alarmed me. And now in more detail:
1) The room is ordinary, cleaned every day, linen and towels have never been changed.
2) Internet - paid 1$ per day
3) Animation-animator Madina, I give you 10 points out of 10.
4) Food - you can't imagine worse. Every piece of soy patty, if you have time, in the first 30 minutes, you beg. Salads, mostly cabbage, without sauces and seasonings. We felt like beggars all the time. In general, the food is not tasty, eat because you are hungry.
5) The pool is open from 09.00 to 18.00, which is a big minus, in the evening you want to swim more.
6) Sanitation, staff takes bread with their hands, without gloves.
More cons than pros. The hotel is not 4 *, with an interference 3 *.
