I got into Eldar purely by accident. At the behest of the tour operator, but more on that below. The hotel itself made a good impression. Very beautiful nature, well-groomed territory, nice beach. Rooms are standard for 4. Furniture, plumbing is not killed. Everything worked. There is practically no Internet. Minimum speed. The food is good, but a bit monotonous. You won't be hungry. Food quality and preparation is good. There are no complaints about alcohol either. Sometimes the dishes didn't wash well. But these are isolated cases. You have to arrive early for dinner. Long queues and not enough space. But these are all trifles. The vacation went great. Recommend the hotel for a holiday. I myself also plan to return here next year and also in October, but only with a different tour operator. I took an early booking ticket to Chamyuva Beach 4. From the beginning, Join Up rescheduled the flight from Krivoy Rog to Kyiv.
Then, on the last day before departure, I changed the hotel to Eldar and the highlight is the return flight. The flight was scheduled for 17:30. Then the flight is rescheduled for 18-30. Departure from the hotel was planned at 13-50. Purely by chance I caught our guide Ahmed and he said that the plane was delayed for 2 hours. And the carousel began. We stayed at the hotel for another 3 hours. Then we were brought to the airport and stupidly left. Passed registration, screening and began to wait for departure The flight was canceled first until 23:00, then until 23:50, then until 2:50. During this time, not a single representative of Join Up was seen. Although they also called the Join Up hotline. There, the operator Olya answered, don’t worry, they will contact you in half an hour. But no one came. Thanks to Vadim (the director of the Kyiv travel agency), he and the guys who know English well began to try to negotiate with the airport management in order to somehow clarify the situation and organize at least some kind of food. The Turks waved us off and sent us to Join Up.
As a result, after 6 hours of ordeal, the Turks took pity and fed us. Gave 1 burger, 1 bag of potatoes and 0.5 liters of cola. And the result of 13 hours of waiting, damaged nerves, missing train tickets.
