Good day! I want to tell you about a ten-day vacation at the Eldar Resort Hotel 4 *.

We arrived at the hotel after 21-00, we were quickly settled and this is the only plus of this hotel.

The room turned out to be dirty - not cleaned from last year, as we arrived the day after the opening, and with non-working air conditioning and a shower that spouted water.

After meeting with other vacationers, we learned that non-working air conditioners are probably a tradition of this hotel, and many other surprises awaited, for example, the absence of a toilet bowl, because it was taken away for maintenance, or the complete absence of electricity in the room due to non-working vending machines .

The hotel staff mainly speaks Russian, because.

many of them come from the post-Soviet republics, but if there are problems, for example, with a number or any other questions arise, knowledge of Russian and especially English disappears immediately, and only a generous tip helps to establish mutual understanding again.

By the way, no one cleaned the room for us, with the replacement of towels and bed linen with clean ones is also a problem. For a tip, they can lay out a dirty towel with a heart at most, probably this is a local joke.

The food is inedible, instead of meat they use soy, mashed potatoes and drinks from concentrates. Tea and coffee are simply disgusting, Turkish coffee can be prepared in the lobby bar only after a tip or a scandal. The menu is monotonous every day and new dishes appear rarely. Dinner includes cremated grilled chicken and occasional fish.
From fruits, only sour watermelons and apples, all desserts made from wheat porridge with the addition of various jams, honey and other ingredients.

The inner territory of the hotel consists mainly of one pool and looks very nice, but it stinks like hell of sewage (I don’t want to go into details), so it’s simply impossible to be there, let alone swim in the pool. There is no entertainment and animation at all, only a lone DJ in a respirator tried to somehow entertain the audience.

When it rains in the hotel foyer, and most importantly, in the restaurant, the roof leaks, this is very worrying, because rainwater pours directly on the food that they are trying to feed vacationers, while the staff is in no hurry to remove drowned dishes, apparently in the hope that they will be eaten.

And the main complaint is that the hotel does not have any Ultra All Inclusive, not at all, even though we paid a lot of money for it.

At the end of the review, I wish everyone a good rest, but not at the Eldar Resort Hotel 4 *.
