The food is excellent (everyone was afraid to get better), swimming pool, bar, rooms, safe, air conditioning - no complaints. Room cleaning every day, the only towels and bed linen were not changed, but you can change it yourself in the SPA salon, where they change beach towels. About the beach, go slowly for 10 minutes, I think it’s not difficult to take a walk after a hearty breakfast !! ! The beach was really small, but no one forbade us to change clothes and take a shower on someone else’s territory, as well as lie on the pebbles by the water, there was no bar everyone was given water. Two days before our departure, the beach area was expanded, and new equipment appeared in the hotel (lighting, stage illumination, like in clubs). Upon arrival, we went to the hammam and massage, I was lucky to get to the owner of the salon, he does massage very well, so I signed up for a weekly course, got rid of osteochondrosis. We went on a variety of excursions from the local Rum Travel (to the right of the hotel), the only one time, they forgot to give us breakfast at the hotel with us on an early trip. We had an excellent guide Rustam with us, we went on two excursions with him. In general, the rest was a success, the only thing that we all and those who rested with us at the same time did not like was the animation. Specifically, the host who speaks three languages ​ ​ ​ ​ at the same time and their program, in the evening, instead of showing US a program with shows and skits, they called resting people onto the stage and arranged competitions between them that lasted for an hour, it is tiring to participate in them !! ! Such a program should not be (maybe once a week but not every day). Well, that's all, thanks to the owner of the hotel, it is clear that he monitors the reviews and corrects errors. I think that the hotel will work one hundred percent in the near future, it has already earned a 4+ rating. According to the reviews of people who rested at 5 (complaints about service and attitude), on the way home we realized that we were at 5.
But the PEGAS tourist was able to overshadow our wonderful vacation. From our travel agency, thanks to the Internet, we learned about our early departure, also to another city, from where we would be taken home by bus (6-7 hours to go along the serpentine). The hotel tour operator did not know anything about this at all, she found out a couple of hours later after numerous calls. She could not solve the problem in any way, the only thing she could say was: I have nothing to do with this airline, I'm just here. In general, 2 days departed from arrival home.
