We were in this hotel from July 3rd to 10th. We drove from teztur. Arrived without incident and delay, everything is exactly fast and efficient. We were seated within minutes of our arrival. The boy from the reception kindly carried the luggage. The room is clean, new, gorgeous view from the window to the mountains, forest and pool, but with a leaking bathtub. The next day (Monday), upon arrival, I turned to the reception about the bath, the masters sent on Wednesday. He conjured with her for about 30 minutes, but in the end, as she flowed, she continued to flow until we left. The leak is not to say that it is terrible, but during the day a puddle of 30-40 centimeters in diameter ran up. If not for the daily cleaning of the room, it would be bad, and so the cleaning lady quickly dealt with her. The cleaning itself in the room leaves much to be desired, they don’t change the filters in the vacuum cleaner, they don’t vacuum at all, but in fact there are practically no traces of cleaning on the floor. The vacuum cleaner itself constantly plying along the corridor was present. : -) They wipe the table and bedside tables, change towels, wipe the floor in the bathroom and beautifully cover the beds, that's actually the whole cleaning. I didn’t like the degree of room automation, namely, while you are in the room and your card is in the database, everything works in the room, but as soon as you go out, the lights and air conditioning turn off. Because we lived on the top floor, which warms up well during the day, then upon returning to the room we always ended up in a red-hot room. It is not possible to leave the air conditioner running while you are away from the room.
After reading the reviews on the site, the first thing I thought was where are these vaunted treatment facilities and their smell. Day - two - three pass, and there is no smell. By the end of the holiday, I had already stopped waiting for him, so I didn’t wait for him. The second thing I expected was midges and mosquitoes. All the same, almost ideal conditions for them. The forest is right behind the fence, the humidity is huge, the treatment facilities are again a stone's throw from the hotel, but in a week I saw only 1 mosquito.
The hotel itself pleased with the appearance and novelty. Great pool, good slides, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. If it were not for the stupid behavior of some vacationers who, having taken sunbeds by the pool, went to the beach. Almost 60-70% of the sunbeds by the pool were always empty, but they were always occupied with towels.

The beach is not big, but it was enough for everyone who came, I never saw it even 80% full, there were always enough sunbeds. In terms of space, of course, it cannot be compared with neighboring beaches, there is simply a fantastic expanse. Everything is compact here, though there is a plus in Eldara Beach. In addition to the stationary canopies that abound in neighboring beaches, Eldara Beach has a large number of umbrellas under which it is much more convenient to hide from the scorching sun. Here are just a few hopes that these umbrellas will survive at least until the end of the year. Already at the beginning of July, 10-15%% of them were with minor breakdowns, where the spoke was broken, where the fasteners did not hold. But in general the beach is not bad, clean and well maintained. A volleyball team gathers on the beach 2 times a day, before lunch and after. True, for some reason, at least half of the players have nothing to do with Eldar, this is clearly visible from their black bracelets (Eldar has yellow bracelets). I didn’t like the drinks at the beach bar at all - some kind of terrible yuppie. It would be better if they handed out some kind of cola. The second problem is with hot dogs. If they appeared in that bar, then literally for 10-15 minutes, who didn’t have time, sorry, and at least half of the sausages that appeared inside did not contain cheese at all, instead of them. So the option to have a bite to eat on the beach is problematic, either to stand in a barely moving queue for a tortilla or to catch a moment with a hot dog.
The sea is excellent, quiet, calm, clean, even sailing 50 meters from the shore, you can see the bottom under you. I did not understand the true structure of the beach. I suspect that the native beach is dark sand, and the pebbles near the water and the first meters in the water were brought in artificially, because. diving at a depth and at a great distance from the coast, the bottom is only sand with an almost complete absence of stones.
Food in the restaurant in the hotel for every taste. The only exception is for ardent meat-eaters, there is no pork at all, beef is only complete with something. Chickens in bulk, here you have daily shawarma in the snakebar and chicken skewers in the same place and fried, boiled and stewed chicken in the restaurant. So if chicken is also meat for you, then don’t despair, you won’t stay hungry. Fans of fish are also expanse, almost every day it is in abundance. In general, not getting better during your stay in Turkey is a lot of effort. Food in Eldar starts at 7 am and actually ends at 9 pm. From 7 to 10.30 restaurant. Snakebar from 10.30 until lunch. Snake bar is a bar at the restaurant where hamburgers, pizza, shawarma, french fries. In the evenings, it also has barbecue and grilled fish. From 12 to 14 lunch at the restaurant. From 2 p. m. until dinner, a snack bar is open at the restaurant. from 19 to 21 dinner at the restaurant. In parallel with this, a bar on the beach is open from the end of breakfast until dinner. The remaining two bars do not provide food and snacks, they only have booze and drinks and they work from 10 to 24. What I didn’t like about the bars is that I like beer, and beer in Eldar is really good, but I don’t like to just drink it, but here there is no elementary snack for beer in bars at all. The same fried peanuts or chips cost mere pennies, and why not offer it in bars, at least I don’t understand. I tried wine in a restaurant, it tasted either dry or semi-dry and seemed diluted, so I returned to my favorite beer. I don’t drink cocktails and spirits, so I can’t tell you anything.
Animation - solid monotony, somewhat diluted with performances on weekends, but we were not interested in it as such. I liked the Turkish night program on Sunday, otherwise there is nothing to see there. A big minus is the direction of the stage and speakers to the hotel building, and it intensifies on weekends. If on ordinary days the volume of music is still moderate, then on weekends it is almost impossible to fall asleep before the end of the program. Many here complain that the show program ended early, but I praise God that it ended at midnight and I would be more happy to end it even earlier, because. the hotel area is small, the stage is located too close to the hotel and therefore it is very noisy from it.

One third of the visitors are Turks, the rest are citizens of the former USSR, with the exception of 4 elderly ladies from Germany. Sorry, but it was impossible not to notice them, they contrasted very much with the rest of the visitors.
In general, the hotel is very good and fully fulfills its value. True, I did not find any confirmation of the star rating of the hotel anywhere, unlike the hotels adjacent to it.
