Good day, dear tourists. Yesterday my wife and I returned from a long-awaited trip, full of different impressions and emotions: both good and not so good. But first things first.
We decided to fly to Turkey right away, but the variety of hotels put us in a slight confusion when choosing. In the end, we stopped our attention on Eldar, which, first of all, bribed with its novelty and good reviews from tourists who arrived from there.
A few words about the tour operator. We flew with Pegasus, which, in general, has no complaints, with the exception of the hotel guide Evgenia. A bonus from Pegasus in the form of an unforgettable sightseeing tour of the old part of Antalya with a ride on a yacht (with a surcharge of $ 20 for lunch), painted by her so beautifully and elegantly, in fact turned out to be a boring shopping tour lasting 6 hours. In the end, we were really taken on a yacht along with five other buses. Dear Eugenia, you can not deceive tourists.

Now directly about the hotel. Very beautiful appearance, especially the facade with a large multi-tiered fountain. The yard with the pool is just a feast for the eyes. Lots of greenery: palms and other bizarre plants and trees. Stunning mountain view. The pool itself is quite large with different depths around the perimeter. There is also a very small children's section with a waterfall in the form of a mushroom and a slide for descent. I rode it myself: quite fun. The water is changed every day. Sunbeds with umbrellas are enough for everyone. In general, I personally saw a lot of people near the pool only once. There is also an indoor pool, I didn’t swim in it, so I didn’t visit the hammam at the hotel. Services of a massage therapist in the hotel are paid and are more expensive than in a public hammam. Hotel masseurs claim that here we overpay for quality. I didn’t have a chance to compare, so it’s up to you, but I recommend visiting the hammam. Were in public, were satisfied. The hotel has a steam room and swimming pool free of charge. There is also a gym. Pretty good. I saw but did not visit (vacation all the same).
Number. Clean and comfortable. There is a TV with four Russian channels, including music. The air conditioner worked fine. The only thing that bothered me was that it turned off when you left the room or on the balcony. The refrigerator is small and did not cool well (the presence of ice in the bars brightened up this shortcoming).
The bathtub leaked on the first day. We contacted the front desk and everything was done very quickly. There is also a hair dryer (worked fine). Shower gel with shampoo is added regularly. Cleaned up almost every day.
Bars. There are three of them. The lobby bar and the pool bar always have all the necessary assortment for all inclusive: beer, wine, cola, sprite, etc. , tea, coffee, concentrated juices. From strong: gin, whiskey, crayfish (local vodka). The beer is good. I drank a lot and with pleasure. My wife drank white wine, flattering reviews are attached. Strong alcohol did not drink, because. Stock up on products from duty free in advance, and I advise you. Overseas alcohol for a fee (whisky Johny Walker that red that black for $ 10 per 100 ml, strange right? ). The bartenders are polite and smiling. But the bar by the sea let us down. The assortment is meager (well, at least they poured beer) and you can’t find a bartender.

Nutrition. Three meals a day in the main restaurant (buffet). Also late breakfast and afternoon tea at the pool bar, plus grandmother bakes cakes at the sea bar. For those who like to eat late, from 00:00 to 01:00, night soup is served in the main restaurant. Basically, don't go hungry. The menu is very varied and everything is delicious. For breakfast they gave porridge, several types of sausages and cheeses, a lot of baked goods, fresh vegetables and fruits, jams, tea, coffee, of course. For lunch, be sure to have soup (sometimes even two types), two types of fish and chicken, sometimes veal. A large number of side dishes, appetizers and sauces. Vegetables and fruits are plentiful. Drinks in assortment. I would especially like to note the watermelon fresh. For dinner, the same wide choice plus a brazier is added: fish, chicken, sometimes turkey. Afternoons by the pool are usually fast food.
Animation. The daily program is a collection of various games and activities related to physical activity. Especially pleased with the water polo. Very interesting and exciting. Played 2 times a day. I went to football a couple of times. The pavement is not very comfortable for the feet, so bring sports shoes if you like this activity. My wife went to water aerobics. As for the evening program, it is frankly rather weak. They preferred watching TV to her (because there is nowhere else to go). Also, several times a week after the evening show, they were taken to a disco (price $ 15). I can’t say anything about this, because. did not go.
Beach. Sand with small pebbles, which is rather unpleasant to walk on. Small in size. Sunbeds with umbrellas are close to each other. But at the same time, there are always empty seats. There is a volleyball net. The platform itself is sandy. "Hotel" ball I have not seen. Rescued always vacationers. Therefore, if you are amateurs, take the ball with you. The sea is amazingly beautiful. It beckons unrealistic. But the water is very salty. It gets into your eyes, you won't open it for a couple of minutes.
And now about the unpleasant. Two days before departure, my wife lost her bra, which was in the room, in a suitcase, in a closed compartment. At the reception, a young man named Orkhan said that perhaps the maid, through inattention, took him to the laundry along with the bed linen, and promised to sort it out. However, during the whole day, when addressing him with this topic, he shrugged his shoulders and did not give an intelligible answer. The next day, Catherine, who replaced him, took the same position. In the afternoon, having exhausted all the limit of patience, we decided to talk to the manager. The manager, or rather his translator, explained to us that they are aware of our problem and are making every effort to solve it. At all hints in the address of the maid, that the manager, that the translator shook his head resolutely. In the end, having learned that we were leaving tomorrow at 6:00, the manager smiled sweetly, shrugged, apologized and said that it was unlikely that something could be done in such a short time. I would like to add that we were not the only ones with this problem. The story is extremely unpleasant, and if not for her, everything would be fine.

In summary, the hotel fully justifies its 4 stars. Good place for family vacation. But we won't go here again.
Good luck and have a good rest in Turkey.
