To begin with, the hotel is in a very good location, the hotel area is close to the coniferous forest and mountains, I chose the hotel myself back in May, I was looking for new hotels in Turkey, since my youngest child at the time of the trip should have turned 4 months old. Rested in the composition: 2 adults + 3 children. They settled us in a good triple room, everything worked well, nothing leaked, for the first two weeks the electricity did not turn off when you take out the card, then this system was adjusted and everything became like everyone else. We cleaned our room well, although other tourists complained about the cleaning. The territory of the hotel is small, which was a plus for our family, as older children could go to the playground, mini-club and children's disco on their own. There was enough space in the pool for everyone, sunbeds by the pool were also in abundance, the only thing was that some umbrellas were broken. Also a nice indoor pool, Turkish bath, steam room and sauna. How many times I went to the Turkish bath, it was always free, there is no specific time for this. Husband loves the gym. In the kids club, the kids were doing well, my daughter is delighted with the animator Vika, for which many thanks to her, the kids also loved the animator Mario very much. Animation was held by the pool all day long, well done guys, a children's disco, like in all hotels, I did not stay at the evening show. The food for the four is good, once every three they gave ice cream in any quantity. From fruits: watermelons, melons, oranges, grapefruits, grapes, peaches, apricots, plums. I did not try alcohol, but those who tried it said that wine, beer, whiskey and gin are quite acceptable. There is indeed a smell from the treatment facilities, especially near the stage in the evening for a short time, but we went outside the territory or to the hotel for this time, and sometimes the same smell is also outside the territory of hotels near five-star hotels. The road to the beach is not annoying, as it is located among the trees, on the way back there is a beautiful view of the mountains. There is a large stationary bar on the beach where you can hide from the sun, drink: beer, yuppies, water, ayran, and also eat cakes (for an amateur). It would be great if you could have tea and drinks: sprite, cola, fanta. The sea is wonderful, the entry into the sea is good. Now about the beach: on the territory of a small beach there is a VOLLEYBALL GROUND where 2-3 people from Eldar play, the rest were with red bracelets, black bracelets, without bracelets. The ball flies in all directions, the playground runs right by the path to the sea, and if you go around, you stumble over sunbeds and umbrellas stuck on each other. I contacted the hotel staff about this, to which they answered that vacationers of the Palm Royal Resort hotel have the right to use the site, they promised to look into the rest and not let them in, but the situation has not changed. In general, we were satisfied with the rest, if the issue with the volleyball court is resolved, I would go again to the same hotel.
