Recently returned from this hotel. Join the positive reviews. Rooms, food - everything is excellent. We were given plenty of fruits: every day watermelons - further in options - pears, melons, plums, grapes, apples, peaches. They gave me ice cream twice. For grilled dishes - there is always a queue, we stood twice, then we took hot in the hall. By the way, some write that the wine is disgusting, but we drank dry white wine with pleasure, and, as I noticed, many chose it. I didn't really like the cocktails they make by the pool.
Animation, in principle, normal, impose bingo and discos. Some competitions are really vulgar, especially when choosing the best couple, it is better to take the children away. Olga does excellent water aerobics, Sasha is so-so, she doesn’t even climb into the water.
All excursions were taken in Ginza Travel, the cheapest prices. We went to Demre-Mira-Kekova, in Pamukal, on quad bikes. All three excursions for two cost us $100. For comparison - from Tes only Pamukkale costs 60 dollars per person! Buses are large and air conditioned. But such a joke: in the first excursion you pay separately for the church of St. Nicholas ($8 per person), to the second pool of Cleopatra ($18 per person). But if you don't want to, don't go there. We went to the church, we didn’t go to the pool, the water there is 36 degrees, when it’s 42 degrees around, it doesn’t cool at all, it’s better to wander around the terraces longer, the more you can buy around there. The photos turned out great! Food during excursions is very mediocre, all drinks are paid, so stock up on water at the hotel!

We ourselves went by bus to Kemer, the prices there are the same as in the village. By the way, the prices for clothes disappointed us, they sell mostly Chinese rags at the price of Turkish ones. We bought almost nothing. But silver prices are normal, cheaper than ours.
We liked the representative from Tesa at the Natalia hotel, she didn’t impose excursions, she was always at the workplace, politely answered questions.
Cleaning at the hotel is good, once they didn’t put gels and toilet paper, she said at the reception, in the evening everything was in abundance. All the equipment worked well, nothing leaked anywhere (as they wrote in other reviews).
I also liked that the area compared to other hotels, especially in Kemer (and 5 stars. ) is quite decent, and it looks very modern and beautiful. So go ahead - you won't regret it!
