I went to Turkey for the second time, before that, 4 years ago, I was in Side. I chose the hotel on the Internet, I settled on Eldar because of its novelty and location. And I didn't regret it for a second! But first things first…
I flew through the Pegasus tour operator. The flights were not delayed, but, unfortunately, as usual, "Pegasus" "pulled" 2 days of vacation: we arrived in Antalya at about 9 pm (local time), were at the hotel at about 11 pm, and flew out early in the morning, were picked up from the hotel at 4 a. m. The hotel guide Marina leaves much to be desired: she tried to smile at us only when she talked about wonderful excursions, in the future she didn’t even say hello. The guys from the Pegasus, who were transported from the airport and to the airport - Kamran and Shamil, were more sociable, friendly, joked well.
1. Accommodation.

We were placed immediately, the room was on the third floor. In the morning, a wonderful view of the green forest, mountains, a fountain at the entrance to the hotel opened. Pine trees and cedars grow around the hotel, so the air is wonderful. We did not pay any money for good accommodation. The rooms are excellent: everything is new, nothing leaks anywhere, it is very convenient that the bathroom has a shower. Plasma TV, catches 4 Russian channels, one of which is music. Very good color scheme: calm and noble. In general, we can say that everything is thought out in the room: from the placement of the air conditioner to the hooks in the bathroom. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, there are a lot of beautiful flowers, however, tourists liked to pick bright red large flowers and stick them in their hair. Why spoil such beauty? In general, it’s even interesting how in such a short period of time that has passed since the opening of the hotel, so many plants have already taken root here... Probably, the friendly atmosphere, excellent care contributed to this)))
2. Room cleaning. They cleaned every day, the girls were friendly and smiling, but they showed that they did not understand Russian. Sheets were changed every other day, and sometimes every day, towels as well. They will also “wind up” all kinds of beauty: sometimes swans, sometimes flowers, sometimes hearts. They left them 1 dollar every day, and also a small chocolate bar “Alenka” (it turns out that our chocolate is very much appreciated in Turkey)))). As for beach towels, at the reception you leave a deposit of $ 10, in the SPA center you will be given a towel, which can be changed every day from 18 to 20 hours. When you leave the hotel, your money will be returned to you.
3. Nutrition. The restaurant is excellent, located on the 0 floor. There are enough places both in the hall itself and on the veranda on the street. There was no crowd for dishes, for food (well, if only in the first days of new races). Dishes are available in sufficient quantity, there was not a single case that you had to wait for a cup or plate. The food is varied, meat is mainly chicken, turkey, many salads and other cold appetizers, fresh vegetables, herbs, various sauces. From fruits - watermelons, pears, peaches, apricots, plums, apples, oranges, grapefruits, grapes. And the cakes are just amazing! Every evening for dinner they made fish and grilled meat, a couple of times there was a delicious shawarma. In general, for every taste, no one will go hungry. From drinks we tried beer, excellent!! ! The pool bar has good cocktails. Of course, as usual, some of our compatriots leave much to be desired and sometimes it is a shame for them: they collect heaps of food, fruits, cakes, then they pick it all up and leave it on the table. And more… Very impressed with the service! In a good way. The staff is selected very professionally, all are attentive, patient, polite, if they notice some kind of disorder in the hall (for example, someone dropped something on the floor), all this is immediately removed. No obtrusiveness, greasy compliments, etc. I would especially like to mention the manager of the restaurant - Serveta. Amazing person!! ! Every day met with a friendly smile at the entrance to the restaurant. Further, if he sees that there are a lot of people in the bar, he goes there to help, then he helps to clean the plates, carry the dishes to the kitchen, after dinner he sets the tables for breakfast... Between lunch and dinner - he works at the pool bar... When he rests - for me remains a mystery! The chef is always present in the hall, special thanks to him for the delicious breakfasts, lunches, afternoon snacks, dinners. Guys, you are just great! I would very much like this team to stay in the hotel for the next seasons.
4. SPA-center. The hotel has its own saunas, hammam, fitness center. You can use all this for free, but all procedures will be paid for you. On the first day we went to the hammam for peeling. I highly recommend coffee peeling for women, it costs $ 50, but it's worth it: the skin becomes tender, tender, and the tan is just super. And here, in the SPA center, there is one drawback that I would like to draw attention to (I hope the hotel owner also monitors reviews about Eldar and takes this information into account). There is a girl Victoria in the SPA center, as I understand it, her duties include registering clients for procedures. Well, I won’t talk about what sweet speeches we heard about the services of the SPA center, I think everyone represents it. In addition to peeling, I paid for 5 back massage sessions: one massage costs $ 40, and if you take 5, then $ 25 each, simple mathematics - I paid $ 125 (with their condition - you have to pay everything at once). The first session was done in the morning, at 9.00, and a few hours later I started having wild pains in the lumbar region. Within 4 hours, the pain did not go away, it was impossible to lie down, sit down, or stand up... Naturally, the next day I went to refuse the rest of the sessions. I want to say right away what the cause of these pains is, of course, unknown. I used to do such massages in Turkey and Bulgaria, there were no problems. I would just like to draw the attention of these massage therapists to the fact that before undertaking a massage, you should probably have an elementary conversation with the client, find out what problems he has in his state of health....Or maybe I want a lot? )))) So the most “interesting” thing began when I wanted to return the money. Sweet speeches and smiles disappeared completely. And what arithmetic they have - it's just a miracle! They began to think that for 1 session I should pay not 25 dollars, but 40+ VAT (???? ), and from the entire amount paid. Counted 47.5 dollars. Vika said to come in a week, perhaps (??? ) the money will be returned. At the same time, the conversation was boorish, they say we owe you nothing. The head of this SPA center intervened (in any case, he introduced himself that way), he suggested that I write a statement. I wrote, he marked something on it and said to come for the money the next day. Came. Vika came out, silently opened the cash register and simply threw out 50 crumpled dollars to me with the words “That's all you are supposed to”, turned around and left. Here is such an appeal! And in the future, this Vika continued to behave in a boorish way. So, one elderly woman was resting with me: how many times she came just to sit to warm up in the sauna or hammam, so many times Vika didn’t let her go there. I had to go back to management. In general, dear owners of the hotel, do not spoil your reputation and image with such Vicami, get rid of them right away. And this is not only my opinion, on the beach I heard a lot of unpleasant words about this person.

5. Beach. Located 5-8 minutes walk from the hotel, across the road, there are no problems with crossing the road, cars rarely drive. The sunbeds are really very close to each other, but I do not see any problems in this. The man who works on the beach is very friendly, he will always help with a sunbed and an umbrella. And the sea. . . !!!! ! It is great!! ! Small pebbles, an excellent entrance to the sea, the water is clean, every day we admired the fish from the pier. One woman from the vacationers swam to a nearby hotel located on the 1st line, which has 5 stars . . So, the whole bottom is covered with mud, a bunch of algae, huge stones, she even cut her leg. The entrance to the beach is guarded, I saw how one tourist from a neighboring hotel tried to go to our beach - it didn’t work))) There is a very good bar, there are juices, ayran, beer, water, a woman bakes cakes with potatoes and cheese. The volleyball court, which is actually located between the sun loungers, is a little annoying, it’s not very pleasant when the ball flies over the nose)). And yet - the descent to the beach is slippery, flip flops just slide on it.
6. Pool. The pool at the hotel is just great, huge, does not smell of bleach. Every day, animators entertain vacationers with aqua aerobics, water polo, step, yoga... Well, if you're too lazy, lie down, sunbathe!!!
7. The hotel has a small shop selling furs and leather. Very good guys work - Emma and Eldar (no, not the owner of the hotel, just the namesake))))))). Every evening, after dinner, those who wished were taken to the leather factory. The guys are friendly, but not intrusive: if they were immediately told that I was not interested in leather and furs, they no longer bothered with these questions, but at the same time continued to communicate, I could always turn to them with any questions - they would tell everyone and with what they could, then will help.
8. Near the hotel there are various shops and stores where you can buy everything from a souvenir to a sheepskin coat. There is a very good home textile store: if you leave the hotel, turn right, the very last store (after the Silver store). You can, of course, walk to the Queen Elizabet Hotel (to the left of the hotel, 700 meters), there is a whole street of all sorts of boutiques. Near the hotel there is a bus stop, for $ 2 you can go to Kemer. We went there a couple of times, bought very good textiles (towels, bathrobes, blankets) - high-quality and inexpensive (compare: our bathrobe costs about 4.000 rubles, and bought for $ 30). 9. The animation at the hotel is not bad, but, as noted, in a number of tourist reviews, the animation team is dragged by Mario. Great guy, funny and kind. Olga conducts cool aqua aerobics. Well, the rest of the girls lacked a little vivacity and temperament, I watched the children's disco, which they held - a bit boring. On Saturdays there was a "Turkish night", very beautiful. Even camels were brought to the hotel)))

They say that next year it will be 5 stars, but I believe that this year it was 5 stars too. Three days after my arrival after my rave reviews, already 6 people wanted to go to this hotel!!!
By the way, the hotel also has a very good website, which is a rarity!! ! As a suggestion, I propose to place on this site a photo of the attendants (the country should know its heroes)))), and also to make a section "Reviews and suggestions", maybe even a forum for communication of tourists (accomplished and potential), then there would be information on this site would be as complete as possible
