What can I say - the hotel exceeded all our expectations: cleanliness, order in everything, no problems or misunderstandings with the staff. All issues that arose (and there were very few of them) were resolved quickly. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Obviously, the effect is that the hotel is new and you need to earn a reputation for yourself.
We purchased a ticket from "TEZ-TUR". Settled within 30 minutes, offered 3 rooms to choose from. We chose the quiet side, on the 1st floor, and never regretted it. The only pleasant noise for us was the unobtrusive sound of water fountains at the entrance to the hotel.
Cleaning - every day, everything in the room - new, the only thing - the TV in the room was small, and we watched it only 2-3 times.
I really liked the food in the restaurant, a large selection of salads, vegetable and meat dishes, everything is very tasty. In the evening, grilled meat or fish, or both. Therefore, there was a constant line to the grill! Sweets - for every taste, it was hard to restrain yourself not to try at least one cake !! ! Fruits - oranges, grapefruits, apples - in any quantity. Wine - in the evening white and red dry, local, quite decent quality.
The manager at the restaurant - a very strict uncle, evident from the waiters - demanded the impeccable execution of all instructions. In terms of communication - he speaks English, a very nice person!
Animators - 10 people, worked from morning to evening, separate programs for children. But this was of little interest to us, so I will not write much.
Walk 300 m to the beach - for us it was a pleasant walk, it didn’t bother us at all. Bar on the beach - beer, cola, ayran, fanta. Every day they cooked some kind of national dish from very thinly rolled dough stuffed with cheese, meat, vegetables, like pasties, but not in oil. very tasty, there was also a constant queue.
The beach is clean, sunbeds and mattresses are free of charge, there were always enough of them for everyone.
