Good day to all!! ! We were a family from 06/11/12-06/19/12. Hotel SUPER!! ! Food SUPER!! ! Service SUPER!! ! Animation AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL!! ! I liked it so much that I am writing a review for the first time in my life.
And now in order.
They flew from Pegasus. Carrier North wind.
1. SETTLEMENT.

We arrived at the hotel at 10.10. At the reception, we filled out paperwork (it took 5 minutes). Then they put on bracelets and offered to go to a restaurant for a brunch. After breakfast, we returned back to change and go to the pool, because. knew about the check-in from 14.00. It didn't bother us a bit, even though we were tired. But at the counter they offered us a day to live in a suite, and not to wait until 2 for our room, but to check in at a given time, of course we agreed. Having received the key, a pleasant young man took our suitcases and escorted us to our room. The next day after breakfast, we were moved to the standard number 3232, with a view of the pool and mountains, as we requested. Without any surcharges. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE RECEPTION!!!
2. NUMBERS.
Well, since we were lucky to live in both the suite and the standard, I will write about both rooms.
LUX. Two spacious rooms, in the passage room there is a large TV, two separate beds, in the other a small TV, a dressing table, an armchair and a large bed. Two air conditioners. Two bathrooms, in the first toilet and sink, in the second everything is the same plus a jacuzzi. Large balcony and windows to the floor.
STANDARD. Nice room with large bed, folding armchair and small TV. The balcony is smaller, but it was quite enough. On the balcony there is a table, two chairs and a clothes dryer. Bathroom. Washbasin, toilet with trouble, bathtub and hair dryer. Everything is clean and comfortable.
3. CLEANING.
The girls are very good at cleaning. To be honest, I can’t say anything about the frequency of changing bed linen, since they didn’t even bother with this topic, but every day the beds are made and with bows from blankets. Towels were changed every day. Soaps, gels, shampoos and caps were delivered as they went down. Toilet, as many as two rolls all the time (we just had to beg for it on our previous vacation). Cleaned mostly in the morning, well, at least in our room. The quality of cleaning does not depend on the *buck* you left. Everything is very clean!!!
4. HOTEL AND TERRITORY.
The hotel is very nice and clean. Two central elevators, just a fairy tale, marble tiles on the floor in the form of the ELDAR emblem. And throughout the hotel there are a large number of them, class. There seems to be another elevator, but we didn't use it. Quiet music plays in the corridors, but the fact that the music is loud and interferes with sleep is not true. She never interfered with us, or we rarely appeared in the room. In front of the hotel entrance, beautiful fountains.

The first time we are in a hotel with a small, but very thoughtful area. Before that, they chose only with a large one. Here, everything is at hand. A huge swimming pool with different depths and cool slides + a separate children's pool with a small slide. There is also a bar where delicious cocktails are prepared. Bartenders Mahmet and Erdem are great, on the second day they remembered the proportions of our cocktails in the evenings. Thank them very much. Delicious cakes were prepared by Diego, near the restaurant, and at 17.00 he was handing out delicious ice cream. Lots of sunbeds by the pool and you can find a seat at any time. There were no lying towels, as in many other hotels, such as reserved places, when people did not even appear on sunbeds, but came in the evening and took their towels. In this regard, everything is OK here. Yes, there is also an indoor pool, the same with sunbeds. Everyone entered it through open windows from the street . The water is cold there, so my daughter said. The smell was felt rarely in the evenings and fleeting. Didn't bother us at all.
We caught WI-FI everywhere, and very well (we lived in the last room on the 3rd floor).
5. SEA
It takes about 5 minutes to go to the sea. But it took us longer, because. On the way we went to the shops to the right of the hotel. Very good shop with towels, the first hike from the hotel. We bought clothes a little further away, there are still girls working there, they look like Uzbeks , they are very friendly. And we bought souvenirs in the first shop to the left of the hotel. But you have to bargain. Fruits, berries for $ 2-3, on the right at the exit of the hotel. The beach bar is big. You can eat delicious cakes that a woman cooks in front of you. Drink beer, ayran (I liked it), and drinks like yupi. And there was something else to chew on. I don’t know how it was in the morning, we usually came in the afternoon, when the animation had a break, the beach was empty, choose a sunbed even by the sea itself, even under a canopy. It didn't look small to us. The beach is pebble, small by the sea. We went in without any problems, everything is comfortable. The sea is clean and transparent. And what they write about floating packages (we got one all the time) is the pig tourists themselves and there’s nothing to be done here. Moreover, a man works on the beach, you can contact him with any problem, though he doesn’t understand Russian very well, but he will definitely help.
6. FOOD.

Meat beef, turkey, chicken: stew, fried, boiled, grilled. The same thing with fish, in the same versions (and so every day). French fries are better than McDonald's, just need to be salted. Rice, pasta, a wide variety of delicious sauces, cheeses, sausages, salads, you can’t list everything. Everything is very delicious. There are, of course, spicy dishes for everyone. Pies, cakes, snacks. Breakfast: Fried eggs, pancakes, many different muesli, different meatballs. Lunch: Soups, a wide variety of second courses, salads, pies. Fruits (watermelon, melon, apricot, oranges, grapefruits, plums. ) Dinner: Here is a celebration of the stomach. Barbecue, different every day, meat, fish. CLASS !! ! (and all this on one day to choose from) Alcohol: Red wine is normal, white is not very good. The cocktails are delicious. Beer is good (for hotels in Turkey). Crayfish with sprite, very tasty. Although the bartenders persuade us to try it with mineral water, we don't like it. Thanks to the chefs, bartenders and waiters!! ! Yes, I almost forgot, come 40 minutes after the opening of the restaurant. In the first hour, a hungry crowd fights for food, creating a queue, but at this time you can still swim in the pool. And an hour later, there are few vacationers in the restaurant, and the food is all available. Once we managed to arrive early. There is a queue along the stalls, with pasta, rice and something else, and at the end there was meat. There was a queue for meat and most of them didn't need rice or pasta. We asked if we could have pasta, not even meat, *Yes of course* we were told by the people next to them. As soon as we tried to reach out, a girl with *bull terrier* eyes appears from the crowd, ready to grab my hand, with the words *I ALSO STAND HERE* at the same time, snatching out the tongs with which pasta is applied. Naturally, we did not argue and spoil our holiday. The next day, there was a barbecue, and there was not a big queue waiting for the cook to remove the next batch from the grill. You can also take french fries there, a young man stood behind us, as it turned out, he only needed him, and not MEAT . We specifically LOUDLY explained to him that you don’t have to stand behind it, but just come up and take it. People do not create queues, do not be cattle. Understand that we ourselves create these queues, and half of them are behind pasta!!!
7. ANIMATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a separate issue. We have never met a better and friendlier team. On the first day, Vika sat down with us by the pool, just to chat. Very nice man!! ! As I understand it, they get to know people in order to understand whether a person will participate in various competitions and shows (but we didn’t have to be persuaded, we boil for anything except a hunger strike). We also talked to almost all the animators. Very funny and positive guys! In the afternoon: Yoga, Darts, Water polo, Aqua aerobics, Bocha, Football, Latina, Step aerobics, Club dances. In the evening there was a show program, our family participated in five of them (the best couple of the hotel, karaoke, children's talent show and the best dance couple of the hotel, and we also won in bingooo). The Michael Jackson show with soloist Sasha is incomparably beautiful!! ! Somersault Misha and Leo crazy!! ! The girls from the mini club put on a wonderful show with the participation of children in 4 days!! ! Children there are engaged in the full program! The only uninteresting evening is the Turkish night, people either fell asleep or dispersed until our animators came out and lit up - they saved the evening.
To the whole animation team: Kakha, Yura, Sasha, Leo, Misha, Sarik, Daki, Vika, Theo, Olga, Nana, Sveta, Tanya, also to the DJ. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!! ! All the guys are great, but Vika has taken a special place in our hearts - only she could teach my wife salsa and control herself . Thanks to this, we won first place in the competition "the best dance couple of the hotel" : )).
8. EXCURSIONS.

Were on two from the Pegasus hotel guide. Mount Tahtali. Very beautiful places. Being at the top, you feel like in an airplane. Because you are above the clouds!! ! One thing was bad, that the whole tour, the guide did not talk about anything. The second excursion to the Pirate yacht. I have not seen worse. We were brought to the port, having boarded the yacht, we did not find a place to sit down, the people were in darkness. As a result, we found a corner at the stern, that is, in the very ass (I apologize for the expression). There were many children, but the place for competitions is very small. The kids were literally sitting on their heads. Further, even worse. According to the plan, landing ashore to search for treasure. Those who could, sailed, and those who could not, were delivered on a motor boat, of course, on the ship there was a queue in the boat. As a result, the search for the treasure began without half of the children, and when the latter were brought, the treasure had already been found!! ! The chest contained chocolates (which had melted) and bandanas. And the children who arrived the latest did not receive anything. The animators said, *But you didn't participate*. And the children are to blame for the fact that they were brought later than everyone else (this is a bad organization). The search for the treasure consisted of tug-of-war and running on real cobblestones, with an ostrich egg. As a result, broken knees and hands. Lunch was a buffet. The queue is just tin. My advice, do not take this tour, you will regret it. And yet, the animators on the yacht did not speak Russian well. The crown word was, *VAASHPE*. It's our way in general . Oh yes, there was a competition on the yacht, which of the teams will collect the most bras, the largest size and underpants (and this is a children's competition). TIN!! ! We just have something to compare. Last year, we were in Side. And they took an excursion to Aladdin's Lamp, from Tez Tour. That was great!!!
But what, then I digress! Friends!! ! Hotel, Food, and Animation SUPER!! ! All there!! ! We have 9 days, WAASCHPE was not enough!!!
