I will not write long poems, I will express my subjective opinion in a concise form - Advantages / Disadvantages of this hotel:
Advantages:
-The hotel is new, all the rooms are clean, the furniture is new (no need to pay extra at the reception for a good room, TV, satellite (with 3 Russian channels), refrigerator, safe, etc. ;
- Daily cleaning;
-Food for an adult is excellent (it is advisable to make a separate children's menu for children);
- The staff is 80% Russian speaking, friendly and sociable;
- The territory is compact, but clean and well-groomed;
- Good animation, both for adults and for children;
-The beach is clean (if the vacationers themselves do not spoil) slowly 5-7 minutes on foot, there are enough awnings and sunbeds at any time;
- The hotel has several bars, including on the beach;
-Large swimming pool with slides.
Disadvantages (once again, the opinion is purely subjective):
- Lack of a large green area;

- The hotel is located on the second line, ie. you need to go to the beach through the territory of another hotel, crossing the road.
-The lack of a children's menu as such, although our child (7 years old) did not go hungry;
- The smell, which was previously written in the reviews, was indeed partially present, but this smell was also felt on the territory of other hotels;
- A separate issue is cicadas, this is not a disadvantage of this hotel, because these creatures live throughout the entire territory of this village, but there is a lot of noise (as for me) from them.

In general, if you do not have "zabubons" so that you can see the sea from your room and you are calm about relaxing near the pool, do not hesitate and boldly book this hotel, you will not regret it!
