Undoubtedly, the most successful project of Eldar Resort. Great team, bright, incendiary, amazing. In my opinion, these are the best animators of the entire Antalya coast. Very professional. But the sports direction is rather weak, the sports ground is little used. One of the reasons is the lack of a volleyball court. Suggestion: perhaps its placement on the territory of the already existing football and basketball areas with additional markings, niches for removable poles and raising the level of the upper barrier net or removing it altogether.

The possibilities of animators to attract vacationers to actively spend their time, in this case, will increase significantly. Sports equipment (balls, water aerobics equipment, table tennis rackets and balls, etc. ), well, they simply do not correspond to the level of the hotel. The image must be maintained in everything. The team performs at the best venues in Kemer (Crystal, Inferno) and is called "Monsters". Why not use them as advertising for the hotel. Should be very efficient.
Wishes: Keep the existing style and composition of the animators, provide them with everything necessary and increase the number by at least 3 people and think about a new program and costumes, including for everyday use. The guys deserve it. Just smarties!!! ! !

The lobby bar lacks air conditioning or more powerful ventilation. Very stuffy. This interferes with the work of staff and creates discomfort for vacationers. The assortment of both bars leaves much to be desired, especially since the UAI catering system is announced.

I would like to note the work of the head manager of the restaurant. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. A man with round glasses. It looks like wings are attached to his legs. He is everywhere, he controls everything, like the conductor of a large orchestra. The disadvantages include a very short lunch time. If it were increased by 1 hour, it would be more convenient for vacationers. Tea cups need to be enlarged. The hotel is oriented towards Russians, but it is not customary for us to drink tea from thimbles. It is very inconvenient, you have to repeat it several times, this is an unnecessary consumption of dishes and appliances that need to be washed additionally.

- Beach, swimming pool:

Sun loungers (sun loungers) by the pool begin to be cleaned very early (at 17-00), they do it unpleasantly persistently, folding umbrellas right over people's heads. Perhaps it is advisable in the restaurant area to increase the number of seats, but it is absolutely devoid of common sense in the area of ​ ​ ​ ​ the spa, sports ground, slides.
