I don’t know how to write beautifully, so I’ll say about the main thing: the rest was a success without a doubt! I would especially like to note the animation team with an amazing showman and host Kakha. Of the entire 2013 team, I would like to single out Ducky as the most positive person I have ever met in my life. I also want to note the kitchen - it was excellent, without any complaints. And a kids club where kids never get bored.
The rooms are normal (not without flaws, but quite acceptable for relaxation), I will write about the flaws below. Many thanks to the staff as well.
Wishes to the hotel (here I want to note what bothered or embarrassed me):
1. Number 4133: cabinet handles can cut hands - sharp, while the doors were not always closed; balcony latch did not work; the shower column in the upper part moves away from the wall, the shower cabin is leaking.
2. Flies, the smell of sewage (albeit small) are present. Flies got the most : -)

3. Cleaning time: I did not understand the cleaning algorithm. The cleaners did not pay attention to the card with the inscription "Clean the room" even if they saw that the room was free and even if they started cleaning from the next room. And most importantly, it’s not clear how much you had to leave a tip so that they would surprise you with something: neither 1 dollar nor 2 dollars helped us, after which I simply stopped leaving anything.
Good luck to all. For those who are going to visit this hotel: I can say from myself: you definitely won’t regret it, because the climate and the attitude of everyone who works there will cover any household trifles and shortcomings.
